Ugh FF is screwing up and now scaring me. I have not ovulated. I have not had a positive opk. But it has marked me as ovulated three days ago and that would give me zero chance of conceiving. Ugh!!!!!!! Please FF be wrong!

Sent from my SM-G955U using https://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/6d1f2cPersonally I don't think you've oed yet and ff will remove the crosshairs or reallocate them once you have. Remember it is a computer program that works on algorithms and sometimes it will prematurely allocate crosshairs when the data entered triggers one of these said algorithms [emoji4] (in this case your last three temps have) As that data changes or more is input it will adjust as necessary, especially when more than just the temps are taken into consideration (cm, opks etc) Hang in there! I know its frustrating but it will sort itself out and your true crosshairs will be allocated in the right spot eventually xo

Ladies - so I just got a negative on Clear Blue digital opk (regular kind) & got this on a Wondfo... the test line is still a tiny bit lighter than control so I guess it's a negative too? Does it look negative to you? EWCM started picking up this morning so I'm definitely getting there. I had a flashing smiley again too on the dual opk this morning (yes - I'm opk obsessed!!!) :) https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180121/19100a57b0ec65ee3ea5e6de4d16754a.jpg

Do any of you ladies recommend the digital OPK's over the test strips? I'm not even bothering to start early testing this cycle because I feel like I missed ovulation entirely. I feel like I might have better luck with digital... the prices just make me raise my eyebrows

Sent from my SM-G950U using TapatalkI do! Well the dual hornome digi ones anyway. I know they are expensive but I think for some people it really helps that both lh and estrogen is tested and taken into account. Plus there's the added bonus of using fmu [emoji108] and you can test additionally in the evenings if you're worried about a short surge ONCE you get a flashing smiley [emoji4] (this may result in an attempt 2-o if you fall in the average of oing between 24-48 hours after pos opk as you usually wouldn't get a solid smiley until next mornings fmu but a 2-o attempt is still excellant timing, some argue its even better than 1-o. I believe both are pretty much even in conception odds [emoji4])

I have a feeling I’ve stopped ovulating due to diet, I have no CM at all. Wondering if this is the case, will I not get a period unless I ovulate again?During my longest spell on the le diet when I was doing it my cm dried up to almost non existent. I had to start checking it internally as it no longer appeared on toilet paper or knickers. I still ovulated every cycle (and although I didn't know it at the time I also had very low ovarian reserve). Please dont assume you wont o, give it some more time. I know it's terribly frustrating but hang in there! I think someone suggested adding full fat dairy and some egg serving? Not sureif you've already started that but you could try this if you haven't yet?

Ladies I can join you this month's tww, wohoo! [emoji2] for those who don't remember, hubby wasn't fully on board for a third child yet. But yesterday we bd'ed without protection, I really was not expecting this as hubby knew it was right in the middle of my cycle. I got a positive opk this morning, so I'm really excited! [emoji123] I hope hubby doesn't change his mind back next month though!

Ditto, ladies. Im in the 2ww period but am not even bothering with testing because I think I missed ovulation entirely this month and attempted way too early. So I'm just twiddling my thumbs waiting for AF to come in six or so days and then trying a different type of OPK test next month.

Has anyone heard from Mummy? She was worried her pregnancy tests were not getting darker and that's the last I heard from her. Hoping she's ok

Thank you Eighme! Fingers crossed for you too!

Girlsway, are you temping? Is there a chance you already ovulated and just missed the surge with opks? Just thinking what would be the best explanation possible...

I think I’m in the 2ww. FF hasn’t given my cross hairs yet but I’m assuming 1/2 dpo. We were going to bd tonight to cover any late ov but I chipped a molar and am headed to dentist so not sure how that will go tonight haha.

Joining you ladies! This is our first cycle TTC baby 3- we have two boys and swaying for pink. My O has been really late this cycle- later than ever before, of course. Still waiting for a positive OPK at CD 16. The test with my FMU this morning had an error message (I use clearable digital), so now I'm trying so hard not to pee for FOUR hours!! lol

Wondering what you all would do- so we DTD Saturday night and I just (finally!) got a pos OPK. Usually I have a short LH surge (24 hours or less). Since we DTD 36 hours ago, AND we are girl sway, should I just leave it as that being our one attempt? Or should we DTD again in the next day or so?

Mummy2boys is doing ok. She is taking a break from the boards. At this stage everything seems to be fine but she is understandably a bit stressed in these early stages. She'll hopefully update after her first appt which isn't until 8 weeks gestation from memory [emoji848]

Sent from my SM-G900I using TapatalkSure! I tried charting temps but that proved difficult to a toddler who wasn't sleeping and my forgetful brain. I got what I thought was a mostly positive on CD 9 prior to this the lines appeared to be getting lighter so my husband and I DTD to try and get my one attempt in. I tested later than evening to see and the line was faint and barely there. Which makes me think I missed it and might have ovulated on CD 7 or 8.

But of course I could be wrong and we just managed to get it. We did DTD on CD 15 unprotected since I figured ovulation had already passed.

Wow that would be really early for ovulation (prior to cd10) did you keep testing with opks? Everyone is different but my opks would start as darkish before lightening and my positive would come back in cd12-13'ish. Maybe your lh levels hadn't peaked? Have you considered doing e4d instead? Either the 72 hour version (better conception odds) or 96 hour one (leans a little more pink but lessens conception odds) How long are your cycles usually?

Sent from my SM-G900I using TapatalkI agree! My cycles are usually 28 days. I am going to switch to digital this next cycle and see if that helps improve. I just haven't quite got the hang of this yet. I think a digital would help me not be so confused if it was ovulation or not.

Do you think my attempt on CD15 had any chance?

Eighme yes it's possible but without knowing your lp length its impossible to say for sure. I would think however, with a 28 cycle it's unlikely you are oing earlier than cd12 (not impossible just isn't the norm). If you fall in the average then it could be anywhere from cd12-cd18. Without temping we just don't know. A pos opk will help though so if you want to go with digis then I'd recommend the dual hormone ones that use fmu. No need to worry about holds or restricting fluids then. Check the instructions in the pack for which cd to start. Pretty sure for a 28 day cycle you'd start cd8 or 9? but just double check [emoji4] Because your not temping I'd follow up your pos opk/solid smiley attempt with another 72 hours later just in case. Either that or do away with opks all together and stick to an e4d bd pattern from af end through to cd20 so example cd7, cd10, cd13, cd16, cd19 OR cd7, cd11, cd15, cd19. Whichever version of e4d you wish to go with.

Thanks for such a detailed response PBN. We aren't in a huge rush to get pregnant so I'm okay with trying the digital OPK's for awhile! That makes sense in regards to 72 hours later.

I'm so happy you're here to give such detailed advice! Thank you!
