    Birth control pill before commencing ivf with Dr Savvas

    Hi

    I am off to Genesis in a couple of months. I am currently taking Yasmin birth control pill but have encountered some difficulties and side effects. I am waiting to hear back from savvas.

    In the meantime I was wondering whether I could change brand and still be covered.

    Any comments and thoughts are much appreciated!

    Interestingly I have heard back now. Appears no one has raised any issues with the yasmin pill. Think it will take a bit of time for hormones to settle. I'm sticking with it and feeling better.

    Oké great because I had problems with microgynon and then switched to Yasmin and had no problems anymore.
