I used it but don't know gender - would it make any difference as I didn't think timing mattered? Or am I reading this wrong? Haven't used it before and have 3 boys. Just helped me pinpoint ovulation as helped me stress less!!!!

I agree its not for using to help with timing - timing DOESNT sway so if your thinking of using it for that purpse i wouldnt - its a monitor designed to show your high and peak fertility days but you could try for a 3 day cut of and get your peak the next day so it really cant be used in a sway for timing. sorry

I used it for the first time the cycle I got my bfp -- I don't believe timing sways, either, though. In fact, there was a great research article posted here a few days ago about timing. What it DID help with was giving me a better idea of what was going on in my body, because OPKs had just made things more confusing. Good luck to you!

Mom to a blended family of 5 kids (3 boys, 2 girls), with one more due in late May 2013. We swayed for a girl, but have a sweet baby boy on the way.
