Failed girl sway resulted in twin boys

I have 2 boys and just found out at our 20 scan that both twins are boys... I'm shocked that I will have 4 boys and no girls and finding this really hard to deal with. I love my boys but so sad for experiences of raising a daughter that I won't have. All my life I dreamed of having a daughter and I'm just really struggling with how to give up my dream. I'm also trying to brace myself for all the stupid comments family members will be making at thanksgiving tomorrow... Sorry for the rant, I just needed to get some of this out

Omg that's crazy. I can relate to the rude comments people give. Even when I was pregnant with my 2 nd son my MIL was like "well I guess it's up to x and x to give me any grand daughters" and my mom makes comments like "hehe what's wrong with you you can't make a girl". I'm on my 3rd boy now. I wish I could help you feel better but I'd have to know how to do that myself first

I have twin boys (my first and second) and let me tell you. It is a blast raising twins. They are the best of friends and it is so fun as a mom to see them interact with each other and their brother. I had another little boys for #3 and just found out we are having boy #4 after a swayed girl attempt. I feel your pain. My family asked tonight if we knew what we were having and I just wasn't ready for the pity looks, especially since they know how much I want a girl. Good luck with those twins.

I am sorry to heard that the sway didn't go the way you wanted it to go.
You know, I envy women who have twin boys, that is my ult imitate dream and I somehow know it might not happen as it neither runs in my or my husband's family.

May I ask how you got your twins sweetthing?
