Estrogen and Testosterone
I was reading a thread earlier about how some women have more estrogen or testosterone than others, thus swaying girl or boy. What are signs of being estrogen dominant or testosterone dominant? Is it in BMI? Cycle length (I ask that because I also read you are more girl friendly if you have lighter periods because of low estrogen)? I am having trouble with wording this but do you know what I mean? Can you tell by looking at someone if they are low or high on estrogen? Are estrogen levels and testosterone levels genetic or are they influenced by controlled factors? Thanks!!
DS
then swayed for a DD in 2014...and got her!
Now back to sway for a girl.

Swaying Advice Coach
Please don't worry about things like this. You can't really tell anyway, we don't even know if/how they work for swaying, and aside from that, it is likely changes in levels that matter so you could have someone very high in T who changes their T levels and still ends up higher than another person was to start with, who gets a girl while someone who started off lower in T but did not actively lower their T levels much (or at all)
Just do the things that have worked for most people, most of the time - diet, exercise, one attempt (for pink) and diet, exercise, 3 attempts (for blue)
