Newbie here! House of three boys looking to sway for pink
Hi
I've been a lurker for a while so wanted to introduce myself. I'm 29 and have three boys 13,9,1. I've always wanted a big family. I've always longed for a girl also so after finding this website I'm quite excited to get trying. I'm marrying nxt year so plan to try later part of next year. I have a few questions for anyone experienced 😊
I've read the swaying under special circumstances part 3, I'm hoping to get clomid due to my pcos and lack of cycle pattern my first question would be can I take dim, dci, magnesium and fibre while on clomid? Also when do I stop taking all supplements?
If I can get put back on metformin do I need all the other supplemental? Don't want to go pill crazy lol 😆
Also when do you recommend me starting a meal plan? If I plan to get pregnant around oct next year?
Thanks so much for reading looking forward to your reply. Xxx

Hi and welcome!!
Clomid and Metformin are gold standard, best thing you can do.
RE DIM, DCI, etc I would stay off them for now. We do have a different supp we use a lot more often called myoinositol that does the same thing they do only it's more proven for pink.
If you go on Met your doctor will give you a time line about when to come off it. For Myoinositol I generally have people wean off at BFP or in the 2 weeks prior to their first attempts.
12 weeks or longer on diet is best.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Thank you so much for replying!
Ok so will go to docs and ask for metformin. Clomid is a def as we're going to the fertility clinic as I find it hard to know when I ovulate as sometimes only have 5 cycles a year. Hoping the diet will help my pcos if already started avoiding high carb meals.
I'll look for the supp you suggested too. When do you suggest I start the supp?
So if I purchase early next year and start following will I be alright to follow on going there's no time limit to stop? Also we are marrying end of august but will be having a honeymoon so won't be able to follow Diet I then plan to get fertility help in sept/early oct will this affect anything as I'll be off plan?
Thanks again and apologies for all the questions I'm sure you get it all the time xx

If you can get Metformin I'd use that instead of the Myoinositol.
We can tweak the diet to make it safe to stay on in the long term. You may need to eat a little more protein and fat in the longer term to prevent a lot of weight loss.
Most people do have times where they can't do the diet. This is ok now and then.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
