Supplements to Discontinue if I get BFP
I haven't gotten my BFP yet, but I've got a gut feeling that I'm pregnant, so I wanted to know, if/when I get my BFP, what supplements should I discontinue/taper/reduce?
I'm taking:
- Women's One-A-Day Vitamins
- Wheatgrass Pills
- Probiotics
- 2000 mcg Folic Acid
- 300 mg Calcium
- 400 IU Vitamin D3
- 100 mg CoQ10
- 2000 mg Fish Oil
Also, should I switch from the One-A-Day Vitamins to a prenatal? Thanks!!

Wean off fish oil starting right away by spacing doses.
Coq10 wean off at BFP.
I'd just drop the wheatgrass
Folic till end of first tri, then wean off.
I'd continue eveyrhting else

Yes. I don't like you guys cutting back on the level your body is used to, until the neural tube has closed at the end of the first tri.
Many of us are prescribed 4000-5000 mcg during the first trimester if we had a baby with neural tube defects. I took it twice after my 3rd son was born with mild spina bifida.
