Gender Selection internationally is tough. Success rates do not seem to be what US clinic achieve and it is illegal in most countries.

The only clinics you can reach by car is **** and ********. They both near Prague. The succes rates seems to be low in **** clinic. A few went and got a no transfer.

If you can fly a few hours (around 3 hours flight) you can go to south Cyprus genesis clinic or Farah in Jordan.

The other clinics are more far away (Thailand)
