Hoping for pink this time
Hi everyone. I've been trying to get my head around all of the natural swaying info. Lots to read! I have two wonderful boys, both conceived at our first attempt, and would like a couple of girls next to complete the set! With my second son I ate acidifying foods for a month or so and we stopped BD three days before O. So I am thinking I need to do more this time. My BMI is about 20 so according to the weight loss info on here I shouldn't lose too much but I really want to be at my lowest weight to concieve to help sway pink. The worry for me is that I am rather greedy with my food and have food intolerances (gluten, lactose, corn, rice, lentils). I don't eat unhealthily but I do have large portions with quite high protein levels. So any tips on how to do the LE diet without feeling starving and empty would be gratefully received! Also, I am a little confused about veggies and potassium. My understanding was that vegetables contain good levels of potassium, yet people seem to be talking about veggie curries, veggie pastas etc. So how do you keep your potassium down? I am sure I have lots more questions but can't think of them now. Thanks in advance for your help and advice x

Hi and welcome
I'm new here too and also swaying pink. In the dream member section there's lots of info about the LE diet and recipes, it's definetely worth the $12. The LE diet is definetely not starvation and is easier to stick to than some of the other swaying diets. You can have vegetables, fruit, pasta etc as long as you stay within the limits of the diet. It's just about careful menu planning to make sure you stay within the recommended levels for potassium, sodium, protein etc-I'm starting to feel more confident about the diet now although the last few days I've been low on calories so need to start getting my calories up. If you can cut out meat or if you have to have meat go for chicken or fish over red meat. Cutting your protein levels will help sway pink. You'll find great info and advice on here. Good luck with your sway xx

Hello and welcome - I dont have any advice Im afraid as Im also new and looking to sway pink - I have 3 sons and hope for a pink but right now am having issues trying to get my coil removed ( it seems to be very stuck with no strings !!) and nobody has so far been able to get it out so although we were hoping to TTC in sept the final referal to the specialist is going to take 18 weeks so we may not actually start until next year.
I definately agree with joining the dream members section - ive got some menu ideas off there ready for when i start and Atomic is soooo helpful and despite being the other side of the world to some of us I always get a reply to my posts / messages within 24 hours usually sooner !!
Good luck and sending you pink dust :-)
