Third time's the charm?
Where to start... We have one girl and two boys and hoping to close with another girl. While I wait for the response on the personal plan what should I read because I am so lost?
I'm not taking any supplements this time. We've had a couple failed sway attempts, very pleased with the results though, but I'm sure the supplements helped lean towards the opposite. We are hoping to get started in January. I feel like I'm cramming for a midterm over the next few months so I look forward to conversing with you all

I recommend focusing on learning about the LE diet so read related threads, also absolutely read the Skinny on Fats thread/essay as I personally believe that diet is the most important sway factor by far, and that how much fat and which types you eat is the most crucial dietary aspect. Keeping overall cals and protein low are also important.
I'd definitely avoid any supplements for you other than folate, atomic will cover anything else for you/DH based on the questionnaire.
60+ min of uninterrupted cardio exercise 5-7 days a week is getting great results, but doing no exercise at all sways link too (though not aa much as cardio, it's better than moderate exercise or weight lifting which sway boy) and just one BD at positive OPK is by far the pinkest way to actually DTD. So really, it's not too difficult overall, just focus on diet IMO.
My Ovulation Chart currently TTC, Cycle #16 since last BFP
TTC #1- swaying pink on & off since Nov 2013 - hoping for a girl first but excited for either!
Dec 2001 - May 2006 : 5 early abortions of healthy singletons (3 medical @5w, 2 surgical @8w, last 4 pregnancies conceived with late DH, all conceived while TTA/on birth control)
Mar 2012: miscarried B/G twins @5w (conceived 2 cycles after remověng Paraguard copper IUD while NTNP), one twin was ovarian ectopic
Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner
My sway: vegetarian LE for over 28w, skipping breakfast, fibre (ground psyllium husks) with/before/between meals, physically inactive, drama avoidance, ocassional minimal YesBaby lube as needed, alternate cycles on low dose Clomid, double shot lattes (with meals)
Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period

I have your questionnaire Francine and will get to work as quickly as possible.
I wouldn't get too carried away doing a ton of research quite frankly. I feel like the gals who launch into "Nancy Drew" mode and study up on everything oftentimes end up with failed sways and the benefit of the Custom Sway is that you can have me do all that for you and then you just enact it.Only I am more like Veronica Mars haha.
Not saying you are not welcome to of course read as much as you like, but just that you can allow me to do that heavy lifting for you.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
