I want my prink bundle
Hi All,
I am new here. I am from Melbourne, Australia. I have a little boy, 2.5yrs old. i really want a girl next!!!!! like badly want a girl next. i am seeing a naturopath who has put me on tonics (includes vitex) and some vitamins (includes b complex, vit c, folic acid). i I have an irregular cycle. She believes in FR and 3-4 day cut off. She has not recommended any supplements except for cranberry and calcium, nor has she recommended any diets. i just feel i need to do more. Boys run in my family. DH's and my siblings all have boys, so the pressure is on me to have a girl.
Here is what i am doing;
Supplements
Tresos natal
calcium citrate
Vit d (i am low on vit d so recommended by Drs)
iron (2x tablets per week, low in iron too)
tissue regenex
Magnesium
nat mur (homeopathic pills)
Negative ions
air conditonning
salt rock lamp
lavenber soap and body lotion
Diet
1500-1800 cal per day. i am very petite, but i am still attempting to lose weight.
low salt meals
yogurts
strawberry, raspberry and mango only
eat cucumber daily
cinnamon dusted on most of food
peppermint tea with equal (aspartame)
decaf black tea with milk
1 glass milk per day
have small breakfast at 10.30-11 am
very little red meat, mainly chicken and white fish
green leafy vegies
very little garlic and onion
trying to add sugar to my diet
DH supplements include- calcium, magnesium, cranberry and zinc. Diet is similar to mine. He is also wearing tight undies.
Is there anything else i should be/shouldn't be doing to increase my chances?
Will be TTC in mid March. I generall O around cd16-1 while on vitex.
Thanks in advance

Welcome
I would suggest looking at some of the info here: http://genderdreaming.com/forum/ttc-...est-practices/
You should probably cut out the supplements except for folic acid and iron (because you need it, not for sway).
We don't worry about ions here.
Have a look at the LE diet info as you don't have to be quite so restrictive.
Tea sways boy so swap to coffee if possible.
One BD attempt at OPK+ is the recommendation. A cut off won't work well with irregular cycles.
Thats all I can think of for now.. I'm sure someone else with chime in with some recommendations for you
