Summer 2018 Girl Sway
Hi all
I'm planning to start trying in July 2018 for a girl. I have two awesome (& busy!) boys aged 2 & 4. My first was a surprise baby, and my second was a slight sway (mostly supplements and some IG diet) I am a well controlled type one diabetic & this will be my last baby. Atomic, if you see this, my main question is if a personalized plan will help me; are there things that I will need to do differently than someone without T1 diabetes? I am so glad to have found this site and can't wait to start planning my sway!

Hi and welcome!
Yes you're exactly the type of person who benefits from the personalized plan. I've done plans for diabetics in the past. We mostly focus on other elements of the sway aside from diet while you continue to eat the diet that is correct for you, while making a few little tweaks to make it more pink friendly.!!!
