Newbie hoping for a Girl!

Hi everyone, I am new to this forum and joined today upon recommendation from a friend - so hello!

My husband and I have a beautiful little boy, he is 2 years old now and we want to start trying again later in the year and would love a girl. Family history - I am one of three girls, my husband has one brother and my sisters and I have had 5 boys between us - so far no girl in sight! I would love to know what plans you would recommend for us to conceive a girl - naturally. Health wise, I do not suffer from any fertility issues and my husband is fine too.

Hi and welcome! We have gotten best results with LE Diet plus fiber, coffee, alcohol, cardio exercise 60 min a day 4-7 days a week, one attempt of unprotected sex in the fertile window, and Clomid or Femara if you can get them. For DH we have good results with Olive Leaf Extract, soy milk, jogging/biking, and smoking if he does already (no one should start smoking for a sway). He does not need to do the full diet but if he were to cut back on red meat, all meat, or even go fully vegetarian it may help.
