Sway attempt for blue last week- needing some reassurance!!

GOT MY POSITIVE!! 10dpo, 11dp trigger. I know it’s early and could still be trigger, but it got darker today on a dollar store cheapie that was negative for me 6 days ago. So feeling pretty confident this is real! Will go in for labs in another 3-4 days. I’m praying so so so deeply that this is my healthy, sticky BLUE bean!

Sway:

Stuck with breakfast EVERY DAY! Tried to go with loads of potassium and nutrient dense foods. If I did have dairy it was full fat. Protein with every meal/ snack, weight lifting, gained about 5-10lbs total over the couple of mos on the diet. Took supplements (but no megadoses), musinex, 3 attempts in fertile window including one iui. Even wore blue undies and socks as a silly good luck charm! 🤣

I will definitely keep everyone posted on what happens. I’m now trying to decide whether to find out asap (NIPT) or stay team green. Either way this will be our very last baby. We’d be overjoyed with blue but since getting my BFP, I’m just praying for a healthy baby. Sending baby dust to all you lovelies!!

Thank you atomic!! You are truly a guardian angel for us gd/swaying mamas!! My first hcg lab came back good, getting a repeat tomorrow to make sure it’s increasing properly. Things are going well so far! Trying not to get my hopes up too far, but I’m definitely optimistic for a blue bean. I was able to do it once before, I am trying to have confidence in myself to do it again! Also trying to keep things in perspective. If it is another girl, people will probably joke around a bit at first, but they’ll eventually move on from it. Their opinions don’t matter anyways. Praying nonstop for the health of this baby!!

That is GREAT news!!!

Trust me there are so many people on this site and in the world at large that are SO JEALOUS of any big all or mostly girl family, if it does come down to that, let people have their fun but just know that there are gobs of people who want all girls desperately.
