Purchased a plan and receiving no response whatsoever

Hi, I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong in navigating this site but I purchased the top plan and have received no information about the next steps. I figured a list of steps and questionnaire etc would have been emailed to me. I have emailed twice and received no response. Does this site still do personalized plans or not? If not, how do I get my money back?

Yes, we still get personalized plans, I've messaged tech support to see what the issue is. I will give you first priority when I get your questionnaire, I am so very sorry this has happened.

Thanks for responding. I think I'm just not really sure how to navigate this site or where to look to find messages. I kept checking my inbox and there were no messages so I assumed that no one was getting back to me. I will work on the questionnaire. Thank you!

I've messaged someone who can help us with that, but just to make sure, when you click this link https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum...-ttc-girl.html it should take you to your plan. Occasionally you have to sign in a second time, so if that pops up, it's not that you don't have access, you just need to sign in again.

Thanks for the quick response. Yes, I just keep having to sign in over and over but it never allows me to see the plan, just lets me access the thread.
