In June we did frequent release for DH (which was kind of hard for him finishing on the actual attempt), 3 day cut off, and using refresh every 3 days.
This is besides my weight loss, no breakfast, cardio, supplements, and not perfect but getting there diet !

Also, I just wanted to say my 3 sons were conceived on O day (2 of them) and the last one a few days before, having just one attempt. Im a bit skeptical about the one attempt but this page is the one and only swaying group page I trust.

What Ive never done before is "relax and BD all month long" but I know that would seem careless.

If you want me to explain the history of the one attempt I can do that and it's easy to see why I believe in it so strongly once you know that.
