A couple questions here...

I ran out of omega-3 fish oil yesterday and didnt have time to go to the grocery store. I was at my parents house and my mother gave me some that she takes, but it says on the label "Krill Omega 3 Fish oil." Is this ok to take until I can make it to the store?

Also, I am wondering about ions. I know it says to stay indoors in the air conditioning but we are going to be renting a cottage the week im ovulating and im going to be outside a lot. Is this ok?

Yes that's fine!

I do not think ions sway one iota and you should get out and enjoy that sunshine. If that was true then everyone in the South would have only baby girls and they don't.
