Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

The first month I was still eating meat but trying to stay at my calorie fat and protein limits. In the second and third month, as I got used to the diet, I cut out the meat and ended up doing more of a vegetarian diet while still trying to stay at the LE limits. I also completely cut out snacking which was a big deal for me.

I choose the intense cardio option. I rode my road bike about 3 days a week and walked/jogged 3 days a week. Towards the end i was only going about 4-5 times a week. I weighed 147 when I started and got down to 131. Also I didn't lose any weight for about the first month and then after that my body figured it out and it came off after that.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

The amount of weight I lost and the amount of time on the diet. I also drank my daily limit of aspartame.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

I had rough days on the diet where I would go over my limits. A couple of time it was a day or two in a row.
