Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

I didn't follow a diet persay, I did however do my best to avoid the no no foods. I restricted what I was eating and skipped breakfast daily, the month I conceived I didn't do overly well with following any food restrictions as we moved interstate and ate when and what we had.

A sperm donor was used to conceive our child as we are a same sex couple, I am unaware of his diet.

Yes, I had 1 drink per day

Any Diet Details?

I restricted testosterone hormone increasing foods, avoided garlic, and some of my favourite foods. I don't drink coffee usually but had 1 cup a day, I was regularly drinking Milo which was later cut out as it is nutrient fortified. The month of baby conception I didn't do so well on the diet as we were moving.

No, had baby girl clothes under the bed before we moved states with previous donor however.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

I followed the diet the best I could for 3 months prior, only one attempt, skipped breakfast regularly.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

Wasn't following the diet the month of conception, so 2 weeks out of almost 4 months. Unsure of donors diet or exercise regime.

Things worth mentioning:

We successfully conceived with a sperm donor, the month we conceived was the first month trying with that donor. Previously we had been trying with a different donor in another state and were unsuccessful, he hadn't had any success's for quite some time.
