Swaying girl help - at a loss

Desperate for some help. Tired to sway a few years ago and for some reasons (maybe too extreme swaying he don't know) my periods stopped for ten months. During this time I had a personalised plans but then had to take homeopathic remedy and have an HGC and periods came back and I feel pregnant first month with a second boy.

Periods finally came back once he turned 15 months and I had two and started swaying. Aiming for 1300 cals but probably more like 1450 cals as I always had extra bits if didn't track, 50g fat and 45g Protein. It really did vary around this. Salt aimed for 1000mg. Got a period two months later (Jan) and then 8 weeks later then next one 10 weeks later. Before last period I had put on 5lbs. I think I had put on a few pounds before previous one too. I am at a loss what to do. So I have put on weight and now have to walk 6km a day doing school run so maybe that has affected weight too.

I was managing two meals a day but now I need breakfast and find I have food which j can have loads of rather then nicer foods which I can eat less of. Tend to have a bagel, pear, lots of sweet things, some veg, an eggs some days, loads and loads of corn thin crackers with low salt butter, raisins, watermelon and off tastes of my children's dinner.

I have been eating nearer 2000cals as I am finding it so hard but keeping low protein and fat. Have I an hope of swaying girl with this extra excerice and food? I know it's no exact science

You need more calories. Barely anyone should be on less than 1500 and that is especially true given your history.

Do you have totals for protein and fat?

I would have you give up the sodium restrictions. It hasn't worked and most of us totally dropped it, and our results have only gone UP since we did.

It is normal for you to have a small increase in weight just before your period - is the weight going away after that?

Both 2 and 3 meals are totally approved on LE Diet. If you need 3 meals that's totally fine.

The exercise will only help your sway.
