I buy this prenatal pack but I feel like its a lot to start taking? Does this look ok or should I just do the prenatal and not the calcium and omega? Should I ease into the other two or does it not matter? Also I have been taking 1600 of folic acid but the prenatal says it has 1000 should I just do the 1000 or add one of the 800 and make it 1800? Thanks!

Yeah, I'm not a huge fan of megadoses. I'd try to find DHA/fish oil and prenatal that had smaller amounts in it.

rereading the label on the fish oil, it says that is for three capsules - just take one a day! No need for more!

Fish oil has DHA in it - they are basically the same.
