    Maybe girl? If that's the nub I see in the top pic, it looks flat. I'm really not confident though.

    I’m not sure I’m seeing the nub, or maybe only just part of it. If I had to guess and look at the skull in the bottom pic I lean a little toward boy, because it seems to have a more “blocky” shape to it instead of fully round.
