Could anybody please help explain why

So I started the He diet 5 November .. And I have been taking the regular
Supps EPO, fish oil, CQ10, folic acid and Prenatals.. I'm not planning to attempt at least until April/May time..
My cycles are 30days long yesterday was the day AF should have arrived but I haven't had anything.. Does anybody know if its possibly due to the supps or diet change I'm little confused as ive been on the diet over a week I'm not sure if this is long enough to make any changes to my regular cycle .. And there is no way I'm pregnant either!!

If you are positive you aren't pregnant, then the supps and swaying can mess with your cycle, I know it did mine.

I'm positive I'm not pregnant.. I'm just abit worried that it may interfere with when I do want to TTC .. Did your cycle slowly go back to normal or did it slightly change?

EPO can mess up your cycle. If you want more ewcm, maybe switch to Robitussin/Mucinex.

Once you stop it, your cycle should go back to normal.

Once I stopped taking EPO it got a little better but it never went back to my usual 28 day cycle, it was 26 to 29 then to 27 it always stayed in the + or - 3 day range though

Oh wow I think I'm gonna lay off the EpO because my periods went through a little phase after my DD nothing drastic just up or down a few days but they have been on track for a good 6 months.. I don't wanna have to go through that again it gets harder with monitoring your Ovulation .. Thanks alot ladies appreciate the advice .. I notice alot of the women have had this problem

We can only take mucinex and robittusin when we attempt isn't it or can we take that on a daily basis?

Yea it's really annoying with your periods going up and down.. I noticed alot of the ladies said that EPO gave them slight problems.. I'm going to stop it and see how it goes .. Finding the peak ovulation day is definitely going to be the hardest part for me lol

5 days leading up to O, don't take it daily

Yep i would suspect the EPO, seeing as you are not attempting until April/May you can either stay on it and your cycle may settle, or just drop it and they should go back to normal. You should be ok either way because as long as you are using opks you have fair warning when to start your attempts.
