Question Please have a read RE: abstain and DTD!

    Today I am CD 8.

April: + OPK CD 12 no idea when I actually O as I spent a week in hospital so could not temp. Had EWCM CD 12 and 13.

    March: + OPK CD 15 EWCM CD 15 & 16. FF picked up O on CD 15.

February: + OPK on CD 13 & 14, although from memory I *think* CD 13 was not a true +. EWCM CD 14. FF picked up O on CD 14.

I won't bother with the first cycle I charted as I just came off the pill.

So... looking at my stats above is it correct to assume that the days I have had EWCM & a + OPK FF tends to pick up as being the day I O? Should I then look out for the day I get a + and EWCM and attempt that evening? When should I start abstaining? Please help!
    Fathers Day baby!

From what I remember, general consensus here is to BD the night of the +OPK You are doing OPKs twice a day, right? So, if you (ideally) get your 1st +OPK at 10am, then I would BD around 10pm that day.

Having EWCM exactly on + OPK and O day is a big bonus

I think your average O day is around CD 14, so I would assume the same for this cycle lol!

If you are going for 4 days abstinance and 1 shot on O day, then I would abstain from CD 10, and BD on CD 14 ( of course if you get +OPK on CD 14).

If it happens to be a day earlier or later ( CD13 or CD15) it won't make any diff IMHO
