Hello atomic, would adding a prenatal to my diet be OK? Im already taking woman 1a day, or would they be the same thing.Im not to sure if its too much already

Should I up this now im swaying pink?
Also any fibre supplement recommendations please?

I do answer all questions so if you ask each question just once, it really makes it much easier for me. Otherwise I have to answer the same question repeatedly.
The Women's One a Day has everything a prenatal has. I used it AS my prenatal in my last 3 pregnancies! Do not take both One a Day and a prenatal because that will give you too many nutrients and that could be harmful.

Yes I like my pink swayers on 1200-1600 mcg folic acid a day.
I don't recommend brands, just take whatever kind of fiber you like that you can get easily where you live.
