I just put this on other post but thought I'd put it here too... My average day...

Maybe I can get feed back from those with more knowledge about the diet?

    BREAKFAST
    Decaf coffee with sweetener

    SNACK/FOOD BREAKFAST at 12.00
WW toast x 2 with unsalted butter and low sugar jam
    Actimal probiotic drink

    Cranberry juice

    LUNCH at 14.00
    Bit of carrot with houmous
    WW wrap with tzatziki in.
    Laughing cow low fat triangle
    WW yogurt

    Cranberry juice

    DINNER at 7pm
Rice noodles with sweet and sour sauce and green beans
    WW Yogurt

    SNACK EVENING OR AFTERNOON
2x large caramel snack a jacks

Other foods and drinks I have are:
-WW bagels with low fat sweet chili philli
    - WW pitta
    - Quorn (turkey, Sausages)
    - Rice Pops
    - Iceberg lettuce with low fat honey and mustard dressing
    - lambs lettuce
    - Rocket
    - Cucumber
    - Broccoli
    - Pasta with pesto
    - Semolina
    - Tapioca
    - Rice pudding
    - Caffeine free diet coke
    - Peppermint tea
    - Strawberry liquorice
    - Wine gums - too much gelatine?
    - Almonds
    - Walnuts
    - Cranberry

    THINGS IM THINKING OF ADDING
    - Crackerbread
    - Matzo
    - Tofu
    - Spinach
    - Strawberries
    - Raspberries
    - Leeks
    - Courgettes
    - Grapes
    - Evian water

How does it sound? What should I add/remove?

    Thank you!

P.s. At the moment DH has only cut red meat out of his diet. He is willing to eat whatever so should he do the same as me? Plus LR.
I'm not taking any minerals or supplements at the moment as I'm ebf-ing. My cycles are also all over the place and I won't ttc until they regulate.

Are you able to drink peppermint tea while bf? I'm not sure.
It's been advised to drop probiotics (Actimel drink at breakfast) when ttc pink.
I think iceberg lettuce is the only recommended one, others to nutritious. Make sure you peel your cucumber. leeks, peeled courgettes, white grapes and Evian Water are all fine to my knowledge

Oh I didn't know about peppermint being a no no when bf-ing, why is that?
Are probiotics too healthy then? How annoying, they had a deal in the supermarket so I bought loads!! :-)

    Thank you for feedback!

yes peppermint tea is fine whilst BF

the acidphious probiotic had one of the lowest "success rates" in the TTC girl swaying stats, which is why people are dropping it

So the actimel isn't harmful then? Seeing as I have it it would be good to drink!

Is stress meant to sway girl or boy? Because I've read that stress raises testosterone ( boy) but also decreases maternal condition ( girl ).

I would also like to hear about this. Maybe the 'type' of stress?
