I did the LE diet for 4 weeks, lost 8lbs and was down to a bmi of about 19/20 and I'm expecting another boy.

If I was to try again I would def try and stay in the diet longer next time before ttc. x

Same here. If I could suggest one thing it's to stay on the diet for at least for 6 to 8 weeks. I lost over 10lbs and I was very strict for 4 weeks and I'm having a boy.

Yes, I was on it for less than 6 weeks but I was already down to my lowest adult weight before I started the "diet" so I had little to no weight to lose. I was on it for 5 weeks total and I'm having a girl after 2 boys!

Just to add I was the lowest weight I have been before falling pregnant with either of my first two. Even now I only weight 1 kg more than I did when I fell pregnant with ds2 and I'm 28 weeks pregnant.

I was officially on the diet for 2 weeks but decided to go for it anyway because my diet was already girl friendly. It wasn't a strict sway in regards to diet but I felt that since I had very low stress I should just go for it and whatever happens happens. I did a lot of things to lower sperm count at my actual attempt. Also used rephresh applications. But I still consider it a lazy sway as I wasn't officially on the diet for 6-8 weeks before hand. Even though it worked for me, I still recommend going on diet for 6-8 weeks before attempt.
