    Vitex and Saw Palmetto questions

    Hello,
    I'm currently on the Yaz birth control pill, and I will be stopping the pill when I get my AF in June (ttc in July). Can I start vitex and saw palmetto at the start of my next cycle, or do I have to wait until I get off of the pill? Once pregnant, do I ween off of vitex and saw palmetto? Thanks!

    I don't know whether you can combine the pill and the supplements, maybe someone else can help?

    You should only take Saw Palmetto and vitex AF-O or for the first 14 days of your cycle, whichever is comes first. Hope this helps!

    Wait till you get off the pill to start V and SP.

    You might want to go ahead and TTC the first month coming off the pill, that can sway pink.
