LE diet for someone with high blood sugar....
I just found out today that my blood sugar is running high. I don't know much yet have an appt tomorrow to see what I have to do. I have had yrs of high insulin so hoping I have not crossed over to being a diabetic. Is the LE diet still possible or is there one you can do? Or is the diet just out for me and need to do other things? I really wanted to sway for a girl but not sure if its possible now.

I'll be very curious what you find out since I'm hoping not to load up on sugars and starches too (just finishing the hCG diet and don't want to pile the weight I've lost back on). I've been looking at some of the meal ideas and it seems like it can be possible, we just might have to get creative. When are you going to TTC?

I believe that people with pcos follow a diet similar to diabetics, and Atomic has diet reccomendations for pcos sufferers, so maybe try searching pcos and see if any of that makes sense for you?

I'am not trying until the first of the year. I did the hcg diet before my son and lost about 60lbs on it. I have put alot back on now though

Turns out I wasn't diabetic that was a huge relief. I was put on metformin again for my insulin resistance.

What a relief about not being diabetic. Metformin is supposed to sway pink I think.

Meformin sways pink, but of course no sway tactic is 100% and there are always going to be babies of both genders conceived.
Here is the link to tweaking diet to be better for blood sugar.
