Hi and welcome! Here is the link to the index of the various threads http://genderdreaming.com/forum/show...COMPLETE-Index!!! and then there is my "low everything" diet available in the Members section.

A lot of the limits depend on which diet you choose to do. Some do the Low Everything diet, some do the French diet (also in the members section), some do the In-Gender style diet, or you can even just go vegetarian/vegan if you want to.
!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

I've just found a website and it suggests good low sodium cheeses to pick are emmental and mozzarella. It also suggested to look for plain frozen fish portions as those are also lower in sodium, so I've been researching (on Tescos) and found these:

    http://www.tesco.com/groceries/Produ.../?id=266268673
    Tesco low fat cod fillet
    90g serving
    70cals
    16g protein
    0.6g fat
    0.1g sodium

    http://www.tesco.com/groceries/Produ.../?id=260905701
Tesco finest 2 icelandic cod fillets
    150g serving
    123cals
    27.2g protein
    1.7g fat
    0.2g sodium

    http://www.tesco.com/groceries/Produ.../?id=266268385
    Tesco low fat coley fillet
    90g serving
    75cals
    17.4g protein
    0.3g fat
    0.1g sodium

    http://www.tesco.com/groceries/Produ.../?id=260146723
Tesco healthy eating chunky cod fillet
    100g serving
    80 calories
    17.8g protein
    0.7g fat
    0.1g sodium

Thanks rainbow - trace of sodium in ketchup IS good I've been eating reduced fat mozzarella too. I also find that parmean and feta aren't too bad and I have a Dairylea cheese slice in my sandwich most days! Half-fat creme fraiche is great for moistening pasta too and has barely any sodium depending on the brand.

Hello everyone i have been really busy with the school holidays and doing my diet but had quite a few cheats, but im back on track again and hoping to give mext month the best sway i can as i know im out this month as we didnt bd anywhere near the right time.

I have found a "new" to me food that i quite like with my pasta and i think its ok to have. I had never heard of it but i mix a bit in with my pasta or rice for a bit of extra sauce.
