Rephresh

Are we supposed to use half an application of rephresh? If so, how do you know when you have used half?

I haven't been able to use any less than a full applicator full swish - I squeeze the end once and the whole lot comes out! I know somebody was using a syringe to only use a little at a time and I have wondered about using the applicator which came with my Aci-jel - but I think I've just decided to use a whole applicator full as it seems the least fuss and stress. I'm going to use it every 3 days in the earlier part of my cycle and probably every 2 days after that while we're BDing unprotected every day.

When I used it today, I just squeezed half of the applicator onto my finger.

It's a half an APPLICATOR - they come with a little plastic applicator so just fill it up halfway. If you are having trouble, they also sell them in prefilled applicators that make life easier.

Don't sweat it, I promise that the exact measurement is not required. Just shoot some up there and that's good enough.
