    I found one of her essays that sAid something about it being high intensity. Getting a hrm was something I've been wanting to do (even for my previous fitness goals) so hopefully I can get my hr up and keep it up in order to get into that muscle burning zone that she wrote about.
    I really early and manipulating my sway since I'm not Ttc yet, but I'm glad to be able to wrap my head around what needs done.

    When the weather is good that's what I'll do - the toddler in the stroller, and the baby in my carrier. Btw I have a boba too
    I am concerned about the winter months (gets too nasty to have babies out for too long, if at all) so I am looking for indoor cardio options too I bought a jump rope today. That should just about kill me lol

    as long as it goes 60 minutes, I don't think it needs to be incredibly intense.
