    Chocolate

Can someone remind me what it is about chocolate that sways boy? I'm getting some major cravings (af is here) need someone to talk some sense into me before I eat some. I know there's one woman on ig who claims chocolate is acidifying and she ate a dish of chocolate ice cream every night for her successful sway. I know that's a trial of one and so meaningless, but someone please tell me exactly WHY we can't eat it?? I know this diet is meticulously researched by our own great atomic, so I'm sure the answer is simple and I've just forgotten.

HA! Someone tell that to my mother who ate chocolate on a daily basis while dieting....she would skip lunch and eat a chocolate bar! 2 girls later......she was thin, ate small amounts of protein, has low testosterone....I don't think that the chocolate made any difference! LOL Although, again, that's one person....I'd eat the chocolate

My calories are super low today (750), and I've eaten all my meals. I need something to add calories quickly, and there is a full fat chocolate-covered vanilla ice cream bar in my freezer calling my name....

It's just that I noticed chocolate (particularly dark chocolate, my favourite) is on the boy diet, so there must be a reason for that. Does it build up testosterone or something?

Milk chocolate is not that great for you. I would say if it's not dark chocolate....and really.....how much testosterone could you get built up from one ice cream bar???!

I know, but it's a dark chocolate covered ice cream bar, so I'll be sterssed about it, and stressing = more testosterone. I guess if I'm going to cheat with chocolate it should at least be milk chocolate. I can't stand white chocolate, so I won't be eating that.

I just realised I have enough room in my sodium and protein budget for the day to have some (boring) yogurt. Actually, maybe I should go out and buy something really decadent like a doughnut!
