EU swayers help please
I am in Ireland and just looking into buying some supps for our sway later this year. I think that Vitex is no longer sold in Ireland, I can't find Saw Palmetto and I'm fairly sure baby aspirin isn't available with a script. Are there any websites I can order from that are reputable and trustworthy?

Just bumping for you - I didn't need these supps so no experience. I did have trouble finding a couple of things for mine though. I hope you get sorted.
Good Luck and pink dust

They may be called other things. Vitex is called "agnus castus" or "chasteberry", saw palmetto is "serenoa repens". Don't forget, in lieu of SP you can use pepermint tea, I don't think they've outlawed that yet LOL.
Don't worry about the aspirin, I have moved away from using that becuase the risks were higher and the results were not stellar.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Thanks Atomic. I've found that Vitex/Agnus Castus isn't sold here anymore so I think I can get it on Amazon UK. Are there any particular brands I should get? There seem to be loads and its all so confusing when you can't just walk into the health store and ask someone face to face!! Bit irritated by how backwards we can be at times!

Make sure to get one that isn't too low of a dose. I know here in Germany the chasteberry you can get at the pharmacy has such a small dosage you can forget it but online you can find much stronger ones.

I rem. reading that the EU had put such heavy restriction on herbs that it was getting difficult to find them in stores but I didn't realize it was quite to this extent.
I think any name brand that you recognize is just fine to use.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

I used Nature's Way!
The others are probably fine, for some reason my brain registers the one in the bag as "dodgy" even though I'm sure it's perfectly fine.
I would warn you tho - some people (myself included) found the opposite result as what is being promised on the packaging - I had SEVERE PMS/PMT when I was on the vitex, I was just terrible. :/!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Thanks Atomic. The bag one seems dodgy to me too! I'll have to order a couple of different things at the same time so I'll have a look for Natures Way
Hopefully my PMS won't get worse, I am the devil herself in the week before AF!!! Reading those labels I was kinda thinking how have I never heard that Vitex helps PMS symptoms but obviously if it doesn't work for everyone it's a case of trial and error! It seems that Vitex has such good success rates in the stats. And it's on my plan too so fingers crossed!
Actually, can I just ask with regards to the aspirin, why are you moving away from it? The stats seem good, are they better than using cranberry? Since reading the Thoughts on Stats post you bumped last week I have 100% decided I don't want to do a "kitchen sink" sway so hoping to pick a couple of items out of the stats/plan and go from there. See, I'm attempting to be less Martha already lmao2012

Well, we used to have this function in the stats that had the "inverse" which is the number of people who didn't take it and got girls, and I wish that was still going because it was very helpful. But if you look at success with Vitex it is lower than the overall success rates of the site, so it may not be helping that much. I DO think it sways pink, just that it's not as good as some other things and it can cause rather a lot of trouble for people with delaying O and so on. My suspicion is that the reason the stats are as they are is because the gals who can take it and "shake it off", continuing to O regularly and getting pregnant while taking it may just be more "set" for blue than those who have to drop it and it may be misleading.
Hence I continue to recommend it even tho the stats are not as high as my preference.
Aspirin and cranberry got relatively similar results, about the overall success rates of the site. Aspirin was a little better, but I'm not sure that was anything other than a minor variation - it would be impossible for the two groups to have IDENTICAL numbers. Unlike things like vitex that lower odds of conception and many people have to drop it, aspirin and cran do not seem to do that and so people continue taking them, thus I believe they are not affected by the "trick of the stats" that I describe on the vitex - that data is accurate, it's getting the same success rates as the site and is not adding anything whatsoever. Aspirin had some risks to begin with and then new info came out that showed it to be even riskier. I don't like to use things that have risks, unless I feel that it is really effective. Something risky that doesn't work, I immediately kick it to the curb and thus aspirin is falling by the wayside. If anything, we have had higher success since we dropped it (but I think that is a coincidence)!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
