Eating yogurt doesn't help make it go away. You actually ahve to use plain unsweetened yog. as cream in the VJ region to repopulate the area with the good guys and outcompete the yeast.

Last cycle I had to use monistat in the 2WW. I didn't end up getting pregnant but the doctor told me it was fine to use if I was pregnant, but only the 7-day version so you are getting a smaller dose of the medicine each day.
Question - Are you using and vag gels? I swear RePhresh caused the infection for me and I've dropped it from my sway for that reason.Proud mama to 3 beautiful and perfect boys!

Any time you change the vag. environment it can cause yeast infection. Both more acidic and alkaline. It's a matter of giving the yeast a leg up vs. the other "good guys".
