Best type of noodles?
Hi, what are the best girl friendly noodles to make a vegetable chow mein? Would egg ones be ok or not? Tesco ideally, oh and also tips for a low sodium chow mein type sauce would be fab please?

I use Tesco egg noddles or rice ones but I prefer egg ones as chunkier !
I just use sharwoods chow mien sauce

Spaghetti squash is amazing and would keep it low carb, LE for everything! As for the sauce, I would take a piece of ginger root and blend it with water, strain it and use that ginger juice, low sodium soy sauce, a dash of seasame oil, garlic and salt and pepper and have plenty of grated carrot, sauted cabbage etc in the chow mein if not using the spaghetti squash.

After being told
at 18 weeks, the prayed and swayed for "lady"bug is in my belly. Our Christmas gift comes with some health challenges, but I know that we are strong family and will celebrate her!
