Change to Af whilst doing LE
I started swaying last year in March and pregnant in June that unfortunately ended in MC followed straight after by a chemical, in November DP said he wanted to wait until this year to try again so between the last chemical and now I’ve just been waiting around! Lol.. my af has always been 25-27 days with no mid cycle bleeding/problems nothing out of the ordinary but since november (first af after the mc and chemical) I’ve been having a weird pattern every month.
Come on on cycle day 1 - last for 3/4 days as normal
Stop for between a day and 3 days and then come on again for a further two days.
I stopped sway after the chemical however I have a tendency to under eat and actually eat slightly more on le (but healthier now) than I do not swaying so I’m wondering why this could be happening? Could this be something that’s good for my sway as it’s a “different pattern” to my usual one or something I should be concerned about? I’ve had quite a lot of blood work done recently and it hasn’t picked up anything that could cause this
Thanks 😊

Yes many of us do see changes in our period on LE Diet but that kind of bleeding is a little concerning to me. It doesn't seem like sway related, it seems like it could be midcycle bleeding. Have they done a transvaginal ultrasound to rule out fibroids or polyps?

I’m accruals waiting for my ultrasound date so that will definately be confirmed/ruled out within the next week or two.. I actually got the tiniest amount of spotting on O day yesterday aswell which I’ve never had if my life, but to be honest if I hadn’t been tracking and aware it was O day I wouldn’t even have noticed but I will mention that aswell, I have told the doctor about it but she said “predictable patterns isn’t something we worry about” even though I explained that it’s only been happening since November, I am just coming to the conclusion that my doctor just wants an easy life lol! I will update you with my b12 bloods and ultrasound when I have them

Haha I don’t doubt it! I had my b12 and folate tests today and get the results next week and I have my ultrasound on the 12th, my doctor did say if the results don’t pick up anything she is gonna contact the fertility specialist and see if there is anything else she can offer me, I see clomid all the time on here for girl sways so that would be something that could be good to come out of all of this but I’m not sure whether I would fit the criteria or not, apparently I did have a b12 test in 2012 when I was pregnant and it was fine, but I will update you when I know the results from these lot

That's great! I do just really want them to check you out for your own wellbeing and if your B12 levels are normal, then I'd ask them WTH is causing the large cells then??

Hi atomic! We have a problem... we’ll not a problem as such but a bfp only 5 weeks into the diet! I don’t know how this has happened we dtd once 5 days before O day! I haven’t actually bbt this month but I had some spotting on the 29th which is the day my app put in as O day but surely 5 days before couldn’t be possible? I feel like I’ve wrecked it all and we’ve tried to be so careful! I’ve been exercising and lost 5 pounds since starting the diet so hopefully that may go in my favour a little bit

Huge congrats!! You probably ovulated a little sooner than you thought. The apps are not reliable, unfortunately. The good news is, one attempt has been pink friendly so you have that going for you, and diet, exercise, weight loss help too of course! Good luck and pink dust headed your way!

Yes I want everyone to add their info. That's the way we know what is really working! If everyone did the exact same thing we'd never know what was really swaying and what wasn't.
