    Need swayer! Pcos questions

Hello I've been quietly following this forum with great interest for a good few months now and plan to sway girl early 2018! I have a 2 year old son and confirmed pcos and endo. My questions are mainly about my chances with pcos, when I conceived my son I had a terrible diet and was bigger than I am now!
I got married last month and the months leading up to that I lost a stone and am at my lowest weight for a long time! I also notice it's a lot easier for me to lose weight now than it was back then, I'm currently 140 pounds and 5ft6.
I've never been very overweight and my periods have already been extremely heavy and painful but always 31-35 days long. I concieved my son naturally.
The only symptom of pcos I have a long with heavy periods is hair on my neck and chin, I'm confused if I should do the pcos diet or not if I am not overweight and periods are (somewhat) regular? Are the odds of girls a less suscessful with swaying?

Thanks so much in advance! X

We have great results with PCOS swayers. It may be easier to "change" your body's settings with PCOS since you can do a lot to alter your hormone levels.

Yes yes you absolutely need to follow the alternate diet. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...rt-3-pcos.html

Thanks for your reply. Regarding coffee I see it says to avoid but I drink quite a lot now with a 2 year old (was a big tea drinker only when conceived my son) do I need to stop coffee if I have pcos?

Only people with pretty severe PCOS who aren't fixing issues with their diet have problems with coffee and PCOS. You are fine to continue with coffee and it's been a great pink swayers for us.
