Thanks for clarifying that. I wasn't trying to insult your intelligence, you would be shocked at the number of people who end up having invasive medical procedures over bloodwork that was taken at the wrong time.
Yes let's just up our limits a bit. Unfortunately we don't know exactly what the magic is with fat so up everything LOL.
I would really not get too worried about xenoestrogen in cans. If you were eating lots of soy foods maybe but I really doubt that is what is happening here. The reason I mention it is it feels a little "control freaky" to me to suddenly start doing that. It's up to you of course but just feels a little extreme since it's very unlikely that is what is occuring.

I didn’t take it that way! I thought you might say that it would’ve been better to have tested a bit later in case it was more accurate to be 7 days after ovulation instead of 7 days before AF given my short LP.
