No, either ok within the limits of the day.
Anyone on the alternate diets need to be drinking ONLY full fat milk.
I prefer you guys keep soy foods to 2-3 servings per week in case they do have any negative effect on the sway due to their phytoestrogen content. Great to give soy milk to hubby, though - 12-48 oz a day - but PLEASE double check your sway plan on that, Pink, because if I didn't list that in your plan, then the soy milk is not appropriate for your husband.

Just wanted to give a meal idea that I’ve been making the past 2 years for my family and now that I’m swaying pink, it actually fits well into the LE diet.
I make zucchini spaghetti (with a vegetti) with a dash of salt and pepper and garlic made in a tablespoon of oil ( you can also use unsalted butter). I usually make chicken sausage with it, but you can use regular chicken to decrease sodium content. My kids and hubby love it! And they are very picky eaters. But somehow they like it.

I also wanted to add that I eat fruit roll ups with meals to increase calories. I’m not too into gummy bears, but I do like fruit roll ups. And I haven’t had them since I was a kid, so brings back some good memories

I can’t seem to find the 100-300 calorie fixes. I heard there was a post that gave examples of some foods that have a good amount of calories but without fat or protein. Do you know where I can find this list?

Hi all!
Recently joined the site and picking my way through all the info 😊 we have 2 boys age 3.5 and 22 months, hoping to sway pink for our last (various issues with my previous births mean my body could probably only handle one more pregnancy). Thank you so much for all this info! I started trying the LE diet last week, not finding it too bad actually - one thing that does confuse me is coffee/wine - should these only be consumed at meal times, so having them between would be classed as another meal? IÂ’m finding IÂ’m skipping breakfast then having a cup of coffee mid morning and another with lunch. Trying to have a glass of wine with dinner but sometimes itÂ’s a bit early if IÂ’m eating with the kids, so having one after theyÂ’ve gone to bed? Is that right or would they then be classed as snacks as theyÂ’re between meals?
Thank you!

Hi and welcome Rosie!!
It's best to have anything that has calories (more than like 25 or so) with a meal. So this includes alcohol and coffee with sugar. Unsweetened black coffee, diet drinks are ok between meals or in the morning. We do let you guys have cream or milk in your coffee without sugar, between meals.
That having been said this is one thing that many of us bend the rules on, particularly the alcohol. We have a glass of wine while cooking dinner or a drink before bed, that kind of thing. And we do still get good results that way. So one of those things where technically should be with a meal but enough people bend the rules and get away with it that I can't imagine it's a dealbreaker in any way. I often bent the rules with alcohol not with meals and even had sugar in my morning coffee and still got a girl. But I was ok with taking the chance - you may not be!

Hi Atomic!
Thank you so much for your reply. I have my coffee with a sweetener and a dash of milk, hopefully that’s ok 🤔 Trying as much as possible to just have drinks at meal times but I’m struggling to lose the mid morning coffee!
