I’ll definitely check out everything you’ve sent link wise to check out.
We are willing to do the e4d and see how that goes.
I’m kinda leaning away from the calcium/magnesium since wht you said about it.
I’ll continue my diet the best i can and exercising.
I’ll be sure not to add anymore attempts.
One question I do have left for now, aspirin...does it change ovulation? Like delaying or making it come early?
I’m hoping and praying it works!

Oh and also...do I do every 4 days and then stop the day of opk+?

no aspirin shouldn't change ovulation, but diet can.

No you need to keep going with the e4d method even after you think you've ovualted. This helps protect against delayed ovulation.

Darn. I hope it doesn’t change it much. Right now my cycles are 31 days but however today I got a +opk. Cm is creamy as of right now. (Sry tmi). My husband gets in town on the 11th of February. My calendar is saying now that I’ll ovulate on or around the 15th. My husband has to go back out of town the 26th. What exactly would you advise besides diet with bding and such with those things in place ?

This is a TMI free zone!!
I hope it doesn't change either! Just be sure to not cut back too much suddenly and it should hopefully stay consistent.
The only things I believe in are diet, exercise, number of attempts, and clomid or femara if you can get them. I'm happy to sign off on other things if you want me to go over them but those are the only things I really believe work

unprotected. you're trying to be in with regular attempts far enough out to be one attempt but close enough to get pregnant from, and you'd have no chance of pregnancy if you had protected sex!

Lol ok that’s what I thought. I just didn’t know if he just needed to release protected or alone and just release unprotected once kinda thing. But thank you for clarifying

I have a question about coffee as well. I’m sorry the more days that past I think of other questions just to be sure.
I drink coffee every morning which actually gets me not to eat breakfast at all. But I can’t drink plain coffee. The coffees I have been drinking is like a peppermint white mocha or a caramel mocha. Are these fine or should I change this?

Do they have sugar in them?
Hey, thanks Atomic for your reassuring message. I’m feeling a little better health wise although the thrush medication wasn’t helpful at all, I think it actually made things worse…?! Of more...
