Wraps
I just re read the LE PCOS diet and realized that the only “wheat” we should be having is in the form of pasta. Since I’ve started my sway I’ve been having whole wheat wraps, or corn if I have tacos it’s not all the time, just whenever I do get a wrap it’s whole wheat, is this a big issue?

i had whole wheat pitta's, used 1-2 most days for my lunch, as far as im aware you're fine to have wraps/pitta's/bread as long as its wholegrain and not white

??? I'll have to double check that because the PCOS form of the diet you need to have whole grains, but you can have other things than pasta!
Whole wheat wraps are fine. Corn are ok for some people but others find they're too carby.

I'm not seeing anyplace it says that, can you direct me? I think we're having a misunderstanding and I'd like to rephrase whatever you read that led you to that conclusion.

I had screenshotted a little while back when I started my sway the post that said carbs should be in the form of whole grain, I think it may have been a misunderstanding on my part. I just assumed all carbs needed to be whole grains or veggies.
As far as the corn wraps/shells go, I think I’m ok with them, I don’t have them all too often.
I’m trying to get back in track after a bad 4 days of diet and excersize. I wanted to be sure the wheat wraps were ok!
Thank you for the responses!

Yes if you can, please get your carbs in the form of whole grains, fruit, and veg. Wheat wraps are fine!

Ok great! That’s good because that’s what I’ve been doing, I’m glad wheat wraps are ok!
I stopped tracking because I was getting a little control freakish, well today I decided to track for some reason and it’s what I typically eat, my fat level was at 55 but my protein was about 72 without my veg. Is this a total issue? I’ve been eating like this for about 2-3 weeks thinking it was ok, and inadvertently went over my protein limit. I feel like it may still be working because m
EWCM is almost non existent this month!

Just try to cut it back a little from here on in. I often have people go up to 60-70 g.

Nope!
Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
