    Swaying after MC

Do you just jump back into your sway after a loss? I'm due for blood work on Wednesday to check numbers, but my doctor said based off the ultrasound everything looks good with my lining so I don't have to wait to try to conceive again.

Early natural loss, no d and c needed or anything. I was exercising and dieting but both sort of went out the window during Thanksgiving and once I got a positive.

I had started a prenatal but previously was only taking folic acid and fiber.

    Thanks for any help!
