I felt very bad during the scan, I cried! This will be my last son and I've dreamed a girl... My husband is agry with me for my reaction... But I think that I won't ever have a daughter and I feel sad.

No I completely understand, I would love a daughter too and the thought of never having one is upsetting. I don't think men understand and are quick to judge. I promise it gets better once you have given yourself time to come round, and once he's here it will be amazing. You never know what the future holds. x

Ale2011.. I had my baby boy 6 month ago and my reaction was the same as yousr at my 20 week scan.. My d/h was supportive for the first hr afterwards but then he got angry with me. It took a few weeks but I did come good and even with a terrible pregnancy I was really excited to meet my baby boy . He is just beautiful and I can not imagine my life without him... And I know everyone says oh two boys are so nice and they will play and ect but at the time when you find out its a boy those comments make you angry... ( well they made me angry) only because I couldn't see how it was possible to be happy But I am happy with my 2 boys.. Yes I will try for that girl but I believe in my heart that I will not get her so I am still and believe always will have that missing part in my life but I am going to have to deal with that some how. Just letting you know you are not alone in your feelings

i was certain we were done after 2 kids, then we had a 3rd. then i KNEW we were done after 3 kids. 5 years later, we're having a 4th. ya never know...
