Poptart, I will take a hpt tomorrow if AF doesn't show. I don't like getting bfn, so I'd rather wait and see if AF shows. If she doesn't tomorrow, that'll be a pretty good sign for me as I've never had longer than a 13 day lp. I think my temps are low because of my hypothyroidism. This chart certainly is the weirdest one I've had, lol!

My endo Dr also didn't think it was a problem since I've had two normal pregnancies and home births with zero issues, but I also believe things can change and I'm now 34 years old and was 22 and 27 when I had my boys. My regular doctor said I should start baby aspirin as soon as I get a BFP, but Atomic told me that the blood thinners need to be in your system before BFP so that baby can implant properly. So I started taking baby aspirin daily but was getting bruising so switched to 3 times a week M/W/F and have been fine with that.

Yes, I've been taking baby aspirin every day since my TIAs 2 years ago. I haven't had a problem with bruising. I'm compound heterozygous. :) Apparently my type is like the worst for causing blood clots during pregnancy. I think my young age (18-23 with all my DS's) is what made those pregnancies successful. Although, I still had 3 miscarriages during that time too. I'm now 32. A lot can change in 9 years, you know? I'm also much heavier than I was 9 years ago. I think that has made a difference too. So, I've been trying to focus on getting down to a healthy weight before we consider ttc again. That's what makes me really concerned about this oops. I'm very split on whether to hope for a bfp or cross my fingers for a bfn. It's very stressful and is probably why I've been able to hold off doing a hpt. I can pretend that nothing is happening if I don't know either way, you know?

My temperature was still low today and cervix is now high, firm and closed, so I've got no clue what my body is doing. Part of me is wondering if I've lost too much weight to ovulate since this is by far the lowest I've been (113lbs, started at 125 in July) and no matter what I do, I can't seem to keep the weight from falling off on LE. I can't even exercise because of the weight loss :(

We're going to go with the e4d pattern until I figure it out, I think. I've been spending the day with these cuties and trying to relax a bit so I don't get too overwhelmed with all the TTC stuff.

Netti, I did use opks but I've had it happen before where I've gotten a solid smiley on the cb advanced and then another solid 3 days later. That was actually the cycle I got my most recent bfp. It was crazy!

Hello ladies! I'm finally in the TWW after not ovulating for over 2 months! I had to change up my sway a bit to get ovulation going again but I'm just so relieved at this point. It was super frustrating with my body gearing up to ovulate multiple times and it just wouldn't do it! I doubt we conceived since this was our first cycle TTC and we did just one attempt. I can't wait to be done with this diet and exercise! lol

Has2gentleman---I was in the same position as you doing the intense exercise and I just kept losing weight and then ovulation stopped. :( My BMI is way too low right now.

I felt so dejected when AF came last month, stupidly cause it was only our first cycle BUT in my defense our boys were OHWs so I think I just assumed #3 would be the same. essnce that is SO true! Things totally can change! I was 30 when concieving DS2 and am 33 now, DH thinks those 3 years mean nothing but they really do in this ttc business!! I think he still sees me as the 20 year old naive college student I was when we first met!

You little boys are just beautiful has2!! Similar ages as my two, DS1 was Feb 2012 and DS2 was Feb 2014 :) I had the same issue with losing weight while doing the cardio. It just fell off me. I've been maintaining now so no cardio just couch potato. Not the most comfortable with it but it is what it is. I was 140 when I had DS2, over the year post partum I dropped to 127-130 ish, kept fluctuating. I started LE in May and am now 121 so slowly catchy monkey ;) I lost most of that when doing the cardio but kept it off thankfully. I'm eating no more than 1800 cals daily now, mostly sticking around 1600 though and at the higher end of the limits for fat and protein both at about 50g.

ksmom glad to hear you have Oed and are in the oh so lovely TWW ;) How many dpo do you think you are? I'm 2dpo and its craaaaaaaaawling!!! lol x

Ladies I'm in pain this evening. I feel like I have pulled a muscle on both sides of my groin and its NOT pleasant! I have been SUPER couch potato this week so its not from exertion and cause I COULD be pg I don't want to use a hot water bottle for pain or have a bath. Only for its in both sides I'd be wondering could my body have geared up to O earlier this week but didn't and now this is O?! We are doing e4d anyway and will be having another attempt tomorrow just in case.

Oh, and is it ok to check my CP at this stage in my cycle IF I have already Oed? It was soft, open, high-ish and wet on Tuesday so out of nosiness would like to check if its closed and I can know I'm not about to O. Sorry for the questions, these crampy muscle pains have me all confused!

I know it's not good to lose too much weight but I'm jealous of you LE ladies. I was already 5 pounds heavier than normal and now I've added 10 more pounds at least (I stopped weighing myself). I just put jeans on for the first time since this diet and I'm so uncomfortable. I feel like everyone is wondering why I'm getting so fat!!

Afm my cervix is kinda medium-high, not as soft as it was the other day but not hard either. I'm thinking I did O shortly after that smiley face, I don't usually check CP at this time in my cycle though so have no idea what is normal at this stage for me. Very wet down there though, I feel like I am wetting myself constantly and need to run to the toilet to check but when I check I'm not particularly wet at all. Very annoying to be feeling incontinent lol.

No it was midday. I am very doubtful I am as my temps are rubbishhhh but no doubt I'll keep doing them! Ordered 4 more FR today! It's my littlest christening Sunday so will test then as we will all have a drink afterwards otherwise x

Momamia that would be frustrating. I always hate waiting to O and its so much harder when its all over the place. Im glad when its been and done 😂

Got an attempt in this morning now to wait for O unless its cd21 again in which id need to add another attempt to keep e4d.

Ive been monitoring my temps. ive even been taking them at random (usually in the morning though) on days i couldn't do it when i first wake up. So far there is a trend im below 36c at the moment so im thinking im going to get a spike next week if I can pick it up, likely above 36. Hopefully i can pinpoint it even without first morning temps 😀 ill wait until im abit further along in my cycle and ill post my chart.

Netti thats great you've been able to get some temps! Here's hoping for a spike soon! How are your opks looking?

Lauren you can test more than once a day when you get a flashing smiley however I wouldn't recommend it. I did that last cycle and got a solid in the afternoon. It was only because I had bought another box of tests that I had a spare tester which I used the following morning (once you get a solid it stays on screen for 2 days) and it gave me a solid smiley straight up and the test line was waaayyy darker than control line. I didn't o until the following day. So my recommendation fwiw is to test only in the morning with fmu then bd the day/night of solid smiley whatever works for you and that should give you a day before o attempt.

Mommymachine that could definately be a symptom and I really hope it is for you!! Not that long till testing time! When will you start?

I haven't felt my usual pre af cramps which I usually get a few nights before af arrives so was expecting to have them last night and today but nothing. I found this post on a forum and all I can think is please please let this be me! She even has the same 12 day lt phase as me lol. Wish I knew what tests she was using :(

Essence - I hope today wasn't too sad for you :(

FF has me at 10dpo even though I haven't ovulated, anyway I thought I would test with a cheapy and no surprises it was a BFN. My cheapy OPK is getting a semi dark line which means it would probably be a positive on the Ovuplan test but I have decided they are too sensitive for me as I always seem to have LH in my system (another indicator I probably have pcos).

Yeah I suppose I should, its not like they cost that much. I have used it for taking the kids temps in between ttc so it has had a bit of a work out!

The other day I was in my local chemist warehouse and noticed they have already sold out of the 7 pack frers and don't even seem to have a spot for them anymore. Maybe I should have bought them when I had the chance!

3dpo over here and CP is high-ish and closed. Cramps have pretty much stopped though the odd niggle here and there. My mom, sister and aunt are going out tonight, first time they have been together in 4 years and I am half debating joining them. If I were to go and have a few drinks at this stage of the tww and end up getting a bfp in like 10 days though I would feel terrible. I just wouldn't get away without having a couple glasses of wine without them wondering why....what would you do? Have any of you drank during the tww?

We are one attempt at positive. It's my first month using the digitals so I really wanted to give one attempt another shot. Every other month I got 8-10 positive days on regular OPK.
Thanks about the picture :) it's our 6 year wedding anniversary tonight and I'm getting all dolled up. So excited!

I usually drink a little in the tww. It helps me to chill out, and I never really get "drunk" anyway. I don't see the harm in a few glasses of wine. Go and have fun. Get your mind off the wait!

Or I'm worried it would be af. But it can't be right, when I'm only 6dpo. I can get one more attempt in for October as I'll be due to o 23rd-26th. That will give me my even number (6) of ttc attempts. I just dont know yet but I'll decide by tomorrow as I'll have to jump back on the le wagon. Also I would start taking prenatals as I think my old body needs all the help it can get. Decisions decisions.....

I don't think so, since I did get a sticky, BFP. I think I Oed later than what I had calculated in my manual chart. I remember having a couple of drinks one night and that may have thrown off my temp, since I don't normally drink or drink a lot. Either way, my BFP came at 21DPO or 17DPO looking at that chart.

Tell me about it!! My youngest still wakes at night and my eldest is up at the crack of dawn every day so it was a long overdue and very much needed sleep. I can't believe I slept that long without waking at all though! Very unusual lol.

Thank u Netti, no I haven't been using OPKs, I was thinking about going and getting some but figured I still had plenty of time [emoji6] the hard part of such an irregular cycle is knowing when to start using the OPKs hey I haven't used them before and agree it would help take some of the guesswork out, but since I am doing E4D I figure doesn't matter too much. I would love to just do 1 at pos OPK but i don't feel like I would be very confident in using them and would hate to miss a possibly very long cycle due to this? Good luck with your temping, even with some erratic temps/times it should be able to help you x

Thanks mammacass. It can be pretty stressful using them. Last cycle i was using them a week before i got my positive. My internet cheapies arrived last week so its not so bad this time around but ill check with a trusted brand when the line is abit darker.

Great idea pbn, I was getting confused as to who was where in their cycle. I'm 4dpo and doing e4d. Had attempt day before solid smiley on Oct 6th, was due to have another attempt last night but fell asleep with DS2 and all thought of dtd was out the window. Negative opk again this morning so seems like I have Oed when the solid smiley came up, which is what I think is right as WCM is gone (I don't seem to get EWCM on LE which is a massive change cause I always had buckets of it!!)

Sorry you are in such pain pbn, be as graphic as you want! We don't judge here (which is what I love lol!)

That opk looks promising too netti! I can't use IC opks, I get way too stressed! And the stress ALWAYS delays O for me so I just said I wouldn't use them at all. Then last cycle for our first attempt I was so confused cause I Oed so early compared to past cycles I bought the digital opks and no confusion this cycle. Thankfully lol.

As for me im out. I started my period 4-5 days early. It started out as brown so i thought implantation but turned red. Its been really light and only a couple days long. I keep getting sharp pains in one ovary. Im swaying girl. This is only our 2nd month but going to try to change some stuff this month. I was taking saw palmetto, vitex and hubby licorice root. Doign le diet and exercise for almost 12 weeks. I was thinking of dropping the the supplements or at least the vitex and maybe switching hubby to olive leaf extract?? What are you girls doing if u have to move onto next month.

Update: cd28 (normal length is 25), still no af, negative frer yesterday

For those of you who don't recognize me, I've been hanging out on these 2ww boards for well over a year. I haven't been around as much since my loss in July because it's the same old, same old. I finally found a good dr and should have some test results and some answers soon. Meanwhile, I've been trying maca and vitex. I know atomic doesn't like those. My swaying is totally over and I'm just desperate for a bfp. I seem to have something wrong with my thyroid, and the maca is helping that. I didn't realize the breast tenderness I was having from o to af was not normal and a sign of a problem, but the vitex has taken care of that (I take it o to af). And I figured that out from the book "Making Babies". I'm still receiving acupuncture once a month.

I am guessing things are finally getting balanced so my cycle might be coming to a more normal length. I doubt I'm pregnant this time, but I will certainly let you know when I get a bfp!

I took this pic within the 5min time window, I feel like I definitely see something (in person and in the pic) but I don't see any color :(
The "line" definitely showed up within the time though, so im confused. The lines look a bit closer together than I expected. I am 8dpo today, tested yesterday with frer as well and saw no second line at all.
BUT I poured that pee out before I could test again (it wasn't FMU anyway) and peed again to test and that ones stark negative :( it was a frer too.
Opinions?!? Do FReRs do this now?? I remember being more certain with my faint line last pregnancy.

I keep getting sharp pains in one ovary. Im swaying girl. This is only our 2nd month but going to try to change some stuff this month. I was taking saw palmetto, vitex and hubby licorice root. Doign le diet and exercise for almost 12 weeks. I was thinking of dropping the the supplements or at least the vitex and maybe switching hubby to olive leaf extract?? What are you girls doing if u have to move onto next month.

Hi, it's our second month too. On 4dpo. I was doing diet cardio and one attempt but was dropping weight too fast with cardio so stopped that. I have DH taking Cranberry (your DH can do cranberry or olive leaf extract but not both) and LR (though he's on a break now) I'm not taking any supplements other than Folic and Fiber. And we are doing the every 4 day method (using the smiley opks just this month but think I will keep them up if we are moving on to next month as its taken the guess work out of it for me) On LE diet for 23 weeks now have had 3 slip ups spaced throughout. Am including a unit of alcohol, usually 150mls of white wine, as part of my cals every day too. Best of luck for next month, hopefully 3rd month is the charm :)

Update: cd28 (normal length is 25), still no af, negative frer yesterday

For those of you who don't recognize me, I've been hanging out on these 2ww boards for well over a year. I haven't been around as much since my loss in July because it's the same old, same old. I finally found a good dr and should have some test results and some answers soon. Meanwhile, I've been trying maca and vitex. I know atomic doesn't like those. My swaying is totally over and I'm just desperate for a bfp. I seem to have something wrong with my thyroid, and the maca is helping that. I didn't realize the breast tenderness I was having from o to af was not normal and a sign of a problem, but the vitex has taken care of that (I take it o to af). And I figured that out from the book "Making Babies". I'm still receiving acupuncture once a month.

I am guessing things are finally getting balanced so my cycle might be coming to a more normal length. I doubt I'm pregnant this time, but I will certainly let you know when I get a bfp!

Hi sage, I do recognise you alright but I have only been a lurked on these boards until last month when we started attempting. Thank you for sharing your story with us. Sorry to hear of you mc in July x I have never heard of the breast tenderness from O being an issue before, did you have it the entire time after O right up to AF? I had excruciating pain in my BBs for about 3 days BEFORE ON this cycle, had never had it before but OMG it was horrible! Hopefully everything is after balancing out for you and it all pays off asap! Are your cycles usually irregular?

2sweetboys, I've heard of FRERs doing this. I did have a test from them once that did that where it looked like a line but no color. I was told it's because it's where a line would be because there's a colorless strip there made of cells and if it detects HCG, the dye clings to it. So, there's pretty much always a line there. I hope that makes sense! FX though that it's the start of an early bfp! If it makes you feel better, with DS2 I tested at 9dpo on a wondfo test and the line was so dang light it looked like a shadow, no color but I took another brand and it was +++!

I started back on diet today but will start taking prenatals tomorrow and going to have an attempt day before as well as day of o using sperm safe lube. If I can order and get some preseed from somewhere in time I'll use that instead :) At least I'll know I've done all I can to get a bfp even if it means using some blue sway tactics
Mucinex or robotussin are goodies too, but sway blue. Also, if it were me and I wanted to do everything I could to get a BFP, I'd bang it out everyday from +OPK to O+1.... but it again does sway blue. I've got everything crossed for you this cycle!!!!!

Good evening ladies :) Quick question - during the TWW how long post O is it advised to maintain strict LE? Reason I'm asking is cause the pre-AF munchies seem to be hitting and so far I've denied myself lol. Before starting our attempts I would just give in and have a cheat but with the possibility of conception/implantation etc I want to be a little less loose. Also, was just thinking today about the fasting period. Is it safe to be fasting for 12-15 hours before breakfast/lunch during this TWW period? It would hardly hurt a potential embryo, right? Feeling guilty for wanting to cheat and feeling guilty for not eating enough. Can't win!!

I've had a really bad week of cheating (full af depression!) and have eaten a ton of simple carbs with no protein, hardly lifted weights, and did not eat a lot of protein in general. Would you skip this month? I've still eaten a lot I think just nothing nutritious. I actually at ice cream twice today!

Thanks for looking Pbn, tricky seems to be the most common word associated with my weird and wacky cycles ha ha I really think I need to get some OPKs but don't know when I should start using them, the clear blue are too expensive to use for as long as I would have to, maybe I should get some internet ones again, then when I'm seeing something use the other? If it felt softer a couple days ago but firm now then its quite likely you did o. Unless your body geared up to o but didnt. IF you need to go another round which hopefully you don't that sounds like a good plan regarding opks. Use the cheapies until you start seeing a line then use another store brand as well for comparison :) hopefully next few days temps will shed some light.

This sounds like my diet when I got my boys. I think my really boy friendly habbit is snacking all the time, I also conceived both just after Christmas so was eatiing all the time!

My body seems to be gearing up to O for the 3rd or 4th time this cycle. Getting ewcm again. If you look at my chart you can actually see the temps go down then back up for each ovulation attempt. I would prefer it to wait at least 2 days just so im less than cd5 at my appointment!

Mamacass, buy the cheapie OPKs on Amazon. I bought the 100 pack of wondfo ones and it came with a bunch of pregnancy tests too. After having wacky cycles, I was so sick of spending $$$$$$ on those overpriced clear blue digital ones!

Quinn, I would still attempt anyway. One week off HE isn't going to undo everything. It's the "big picture" that matters like AS always says!

I hope you O soon purple. Fluctuating temps are so frustrating.

5dpo-I had MAJOR cramping this evening. Like I actually had to breathe through them. LOL It was constant for a few minutes then it went away and came back for a little while. FX it's a good sign but it's probably my body prepping for AF. :( I haven't had a proper period since the beginning of August so I'm worried once I do get one, it'll be nightmarish.

Mammacass ive been using the cheapies this cycle so not as stressed as it is costly particularly if you have varying cycles.

So far the cheapies are doing the trick and in comparison to the first response seem to be the same.

I'll use another cheapy tonight but im hopeful O day is Wednesday 😊

I took this pic within the 5min time window, I feel like I definitely see something (in person and in the pic) but I don't see any color :(
The "line" definitely showed up within the time though, so im confused. The lines look a bit closer together than I expected. I am 8dpo today, tested yesterday with frer as well and saw no second line at all.
BUT I poured that pee out before I could test again (it wasn't FMU anyway) and peed again to test and that ones stark negative :( it was a frer too.
Opinions?!? Do FReRs do this now?? I remember being more certain with my faint line last pregnancy.

The other girls are right, there are two strips always there. The ink fills the line in. I would stay away from FRER's to be honest... Experienced mom of soon to be 7 children, most $1 test are stronger than FRER. I took this test at 7-8 DPO with a $1 test and I don't have to worry about the clear line like FRER's do. So many times, my heart would jump seeing that clear line in hopes that meant I really was pregnant...But nope. :c I hate FRER's! Stay positive, I have been there! Prayers and I give you tons of sticky dust!

Thats what they look like mammacass. The only thing these came from overseas and took a while. Your best bet is seeing if there is something similar in Aus. It might cost a little more (compared to overseas prices) but the wait will be less.

Mammacass I got 50 opks really cheap from an Aussie website called fertility2family. I got one positive out of 49 tests but that could just be me? I've had nothing but trouble with strips :( but you might have better luck. You could try googling reviews for any ones you do find and see if anyone has anything to say about them?

Quinn as the girls have said I definitely wouldn't skip. I have had 3-4 weeks off LE during the course of my 23 weeks since starting it and Atomic says it's overall condition that counts. I wouldn't skip a cycle cause of a few cheats, and as purple said it's the snacking that matters mostly on a boy sway. It's really the main thing I have cut out, cut down on red meat too and fortified foods like cereals. Best of luck and sending you tonnes of blue dust x

Ughh more opks today that are nowhere near positive they look lighter than yesterday afternoons ones. I did a trusted brand aswell. Just waiting for them to dry and maybe then ill compare. My CM seems to be watery/creamy yet in abundance and my temp went up this morning however it was a pretty warm night and I was tossing and turning so not really paying too much attention to that.

I saw where someone had sharp cramps 5 dpo. I had the exact same thing on 6 dpo and I do not remember doing it with my boy either. Ended with a BFP so maybe that's a good sign for you! :) :) :)

Gah. 8DPO and I am not enjoying this 2WW. I get so frustrated at this point because it's "so close and yet so far" to knowing whether or not this month worked. I do not want to drive myself crazy testing everyday but it is soooo hard not to test everyday.

CD4 for me. Should O on Oct 23rd. I'm going to cut down on alcohol this cycle since studies show that more than 4 servings a week lower the chance of conception and I'm going to switch to decaf espresso in the TTW too since studies show that even one serving of caffeine a day can affect implantation. When I got my BFP last time I wasn't doing any caffeine at all in the TWW, just a cup of hot milk with cinnamon, vanilla extract, and honey.

DH just started a new job last week which involves 2.5 hours of commuting a day due to our horrible Los Angeles traffic. He wants to move closer to his new work which involves selling our house, buying a new house, new schools for both kids, etc. We just started house and school searching and it's been super stressful. No fun and it makes me sad that my boys will have to both leave their amazing charter schools that they're currently at and love.

Hopper, I had bad AF type cramps in the TWW with DS1 and thought for sure I wasn't pregnant. I had period like cramping yesterday but I'm trying not to get too excited over it. FXFX it's a good sign for us though!

I have switched to decaf coffee as caffeine can cause issues with pcos, I managed to find one that doesn't taste too bad. I still drink tea too so I will switch that to decaf now.

My tests from yesterday afternoon compared to this morning. The 2 on the right are from this morning and left was yesterday afternoon. Im on cd16 today. I will use a cheapy this afternoon and likely use both tonight. FX something happens 😂

Netti, mine look like that and then suddenly get dark one morning/afternoon. Could still be soon! Hopefully everyone else will O soon. That seems to be where a lot of people are.

I also cramped with both my pregnancies but I think they felt a little different than my af cramps. At least with my second dd.

Thanks to everyone that encouraged me to try this cycle. With our difficulties conceiving before, I really can't afford to skip a month.

Thanks ladies i ended up cancelling my appmnt. Im just so congested in the nose with mucous and its affecting my ears. Its like one minute yep i think im better its going and the next boom im back to feeling like crap. Probably why i have hardly an ewcm 😂

I hope they do get darker quinn. I just did another cheapy still looking the same. Might do another this afternoon and then another tonight. Surely its getting to crunch time now 😯

Netti- I hope we both get our pos opk soon! I'm also feeling stuffy and all around ill, such a funny coincidence. I spent most of today on the couch with a horrible migraine and let my boys destroy my downstairs because I didn't have the energy to tell them no.

Essence- I hope you can find somewhere closer that makes moving completely worth it! We lived apart for about 2 months last summer because of DH getting a job that was too far to commute, and even now he does an hour and 20 min each way every day, so I know how bad it can be.

Lauren- I really hope it's your month and that your 2ww goes quick.

Hopper- when I was pg with ds1, I remember cramping the whole 2ww and then some. I was nannying at the time and I can remember going to the bathroom convinced AF must have started every few hours. Hope you get some relief soon!

Hi Ladies

Im in abit of a pickle. Im working a night shift tmro night (manager shift that i couldn't really say no to) and dh will be at work til 3pm. My niece will be here at about 4 which i could push to 5 if I ask, the kids will be here and these are my opks. This mornings and 2 from this afternoon 1.30 and 4.30 bear in mind they are still wet. Optimally the best time for us is tonight yet i know my opks aren't dark enough and tmro is when I'm worried they will be dark. I would have to sneak a bd in tmro afternoon or evening and im not sure if dh would be up for that. Uggghhh lol

Yeah I'd be doing the same. If you pretty sure you could get one in tomorrow I'd definately leave it till tomorrow. But if you're up in the air I'd go for it tonight. An attempt now is better than no attempt at all you know or one that's too late? I've got everything crossed that your opk in an hour is either super dark or dark enough it could go either way iykwim :) its just the test line isn't screaming I'm going to o in the next 24 hours atm.

Yeh ikwym. Ive jumped the gun before and i think thats whats hurt our chances. If its not dark enough I think tmro evening should be fine...otherwise it wouldn't be til Thursday midday-ish and by the looks of it i think it will darken up tmro. On 6dpo today. Slowly getting to next week lol. I might test on Sunday which will be 11dpo if I feel I might have reason to test. The cramping I had yesterday was very AF-y last night, I woke up to pee which hasn't happened in a while but not putting much store in it as I have a terribly weak bladder since DS2 lol. Actually have a slight increase in CM today but I do recall having some around this stage last cycle too. CP was low and closed last night, felt quite silky soft though.

9DPO today and tested this morning and of course bfn. I don't even know why I bothered. :sigh: I stared at the test for so long I gave myself a case of line eye. lol I had a horrible, gruesome nightmare last night which I normally only have when prego but it's probably just a coincidence. I've also been really tired the past two days so have had an early bedtime. Being so tired makes it so much harder to have the motivation to exercise!

Id have him take OLE with the licorice root as they work differently. Licorice root until ovulation 3 times per day, then OLE twice a day throughout your cycle xx

I did Quinn, but they were more kinda niggly twinges than these type of cramps. It's a heavy feeling and its quite uncomfortable if I hold my pee any longer than absolutely necessary. That's what has me wondering if it might be the start of a kidney infection or something?!
