Oh Momamia, I'm so sorry to hear that!! The RE I'm seeing does IVF at their office but I don't know how it is cost wise. I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for you that the HSG was wrong and you get good news from the laparoscopy.

Saw the RE today and she feels very positive she can figure out why I keep having losses. :happy: She said the good news is I can get pregnant and have been able to carry to term so that's great. She says however things could have changed in the few years since I got pregnant with DS2. DH and I had genetic blood work done today then later this week we're getting more blood tests done. I had a basic ultrasound done and she said there's a follie (17mm I think?) in my right ovary so RE thinks I'll ovulate sometime later this week. It's funny because I got my typical O spotting today that I usually get 4-5 days before O day. Next week I go for the cd21 progesterone testing and next cycle I'll be having an HSG along with some other tests. DH is getting a semen analysis done soon as well and he's complaining about having to go a whole two days without releasing! lol

Sorry momamia I hope you lap goes well that should clean your tubes and then hopefully you can fall pregnant straight away, in away it's good you have a reason now. I know cheap places in Australia to do ivf but don't know the USA. Good luck Hun.

Ok so after another three hour hold and only a small glass of coke in the five hours preceding it (had it just before starting hold) I have a stark bfn. I'll attach a pic of last nights test as it had allowed me some hope but my 3 tests today have all been bfns. So I'm 11dpo with a 12 day lt phase. Af should be here right on time Friday. I'll still test tomorrow anyway but at least now I won't be expecting to see anything :) 29999

He's going to try to stick a tube thing through my tubes and see if he can get them open. He said if he can't get them open that way, then I can do another reversal but he didn't seem hopeful that would work. He said if the reversal is going to work, it's going to work the first time. I'm kicking myself for not spending an extra $500 to go to the more experienced doctor in North Carolina. DH asked if I'd be willing to do that but right now I feel like ivf is best option. That way I know I'll definitely get my DD (assuming the ivf is successful). Yes, I did get pregnant last July. That's why I'm holding out hope that one of my tubes is open. I'm very excited to see what the next few weeks brings!! :)

Momamia, that's awful about your tubes but I hope your intuition is right. If you do need IVF then at least you will be guaranteed a girl. I am thinking of going that route myself soon since I've been trying so long. It would be nice to have several good embies on ice before I get too much older. I'm not sure where you are lived or if your insurance would cover any part, but IVF prices can vary widely from what I've seen. But fx you don't need it...

My temp still hasn't dropped above cover line, ugh. It makes me worry I'll O really late...

That does really suck! I do think the fact that you've gotten pregnant post TR means it is likely one tube is still open. Maybe it's was a little blocked and the HSG did help? It seems to me if the tubes blocked up they'd do so while you were healing from the TR, not a year later. Maybe a good egg from the left is all you need?

Well temp dropped today, and first response opk test line darker than control line, I had more ewcm yesterday, today not much ovulation pain as I had the past 4 days, so most likely ovulating today. I did BD right after I temp this morning at 5 am lol. So hoping for temp rise tmrw morning! Clear blue digital advanced kept giving me solid smile from cd 12 damn things are sensitive. 30015

Yes, after a two hour hold. Could barely make a line out and would've called a bfn if not for the clear line I had this morning with fmu test. So not testing again until morning its just too stressful.

I've started spotting so guess af will be here right on time in morning. I don't usually spot prior to full blown af but has happened in the past. Feeling absolutely gutted after the happiness of this morning. I know what I seen and my photos on my computer especially clearly show a faint pink line. I'm so mad I think I'll be emailing first response in the morning, not that it helps anything, I understand in the world of mass produced goods that some will be faulty but it doesn't help ease the devastating feeling of going from bfp to bfn especially when you've tried so long and suffered loss along the way. I'll take my negativity and bugger off for awhile but will certainly be back to check in on you dear ladies xxoo

Speaking of spotting and trying to lighten the mood.... I did something silly last night. I was at bunco (a ladies game night) and went to the restroom. After I peed I wiped and looked at the tissue. I saw pink and got so excited thinking it was implantation bleeding... Until I realized it was a hole in the tissue and I was looking at my pink fingertips hahahahahahaha. I laughed at myself a moment lol.

From what I've ready, implantation bleeding isn't actually that common. Does anyone know the statistic... And is a implantation dip on your chart necessary? My temps have stayed oddly high, way different than my past charts but that means nothing.

I will not be using clear blue advanced again lol, second month they confused me! Giving me pos so early, my cheap opk and first response opk turned true pos where test line is darker than control yesterday and again today. And my chart showing patterns where as always I will ovulate two days after my temp dip. Same since ttc my 3rd.

Cd1. Thank you everyone for your thoughts and kind words. I should have said my spotting was red. I had already made a appointment to see my gp so I'm going to keep it and have a chat with her. Actually feeling much better today.
Lauren your spotting story made me lol 😂 that is so something I would do!!! In regards to implantation dips no you don't always get one and even if you do it does not mean you are pregnant. Some don't believe in it at all and say a dip is caused by an estrogen surge. So its really rather inconclusive I've found lol!
Pinklady I don't know much about time frame for trigger shots but I *think* that's pretty dark for 10 days past. We've had two ladies with trigger shots this month so hopefully someone can shed more light about test for you. Hope its the real thing!

Well ladies, I've decided that I'm done ttc. I'm going to see what happens this cycle but then I'm done. I can't take the heartache anymore. I'm ready to focus on other things in life. I wish everyone luck on their journeys! I'll pop into the due date groups if I get a miraculous bfp but I'm not holding out any hope. Thank you all for your support for the last year!! :)

DH goes back and forth with being done. His biggest concern is that he doesn't want me to hate him for not giving me a daughter. I am done though. I am focusing on the future and hopefully, one day I'll have a granddaughter. :) I can accept that. My oldest will be 15 in a few days. I'm ready to move on.

When Did you have a trigger shot?

I would test again 24 hours after your last test and if it's a darker line I would say that your pregnant.

Thanks for your help everyone this is my last try I too can't put myself or the other half through anymore of the financial and emotional implications. It's just too hard, I was depressed for about three months after the last time and I have to accept its not worth the cost of my marriage. I am grateful for the two gifts in my beautiful boys I have been given some people don't even get that chance. I want so much to have a daughter and have the same relationship I have with my mum but if it turns out its a bfn... As soul destroying as that will be I have to try to handle it better than last time for the sake of my family . I completely understand how you all feel sometimes it feels like you're chasing that impossible dream that's just tantalisingly out of reach and no matter how hard you try and grab onto it, you never quite get there. I wish you all the luck in the world and I hope you get the result you want. I'm getting all emotional I'm sure it's the hormones!!!!!! Will keep you posted and take another photo of the test tomorrow. Ladies I'm keeping my gp appointment as I want to touch base with her anyway. She did my health check up early last year (including bw to confirm ovulation) before we started ttc. She was on holidays when I had my mc so I'm assuming she knows nothing of it. I plan on discussing smep with her and seeing if there's anything else she can recommend to boost my chances. Can anyone think of anything I should ask? Should I be asking fsh for and amh bw? Problem is I'll be on cd4 when I see her and I think its suppose to be done cd3. Also do you all think smep is my best chance? I cant help but be worried that so many bd's in a row will only deplete dh's sperm supply right when it counts. For those that are unfamiliar with smep - dtd every 2nd day starting at cd8. At pos opk dtd three days in a row, skip a day then dtd again. I'm worried because what if I get a pos opk cd13? That means we'd have dtd cd12, then have to do cd13, cd14 and cd15. I would likely o cd14 in this scenario. Thoughts anyone?

Sorry pbn :( only fsh has to be done cd3 but cd4 is probably close enough, sometimes cd3 falls on a Sunday so the test would have to get done either side then as most places aren't open.

She should also check LH and estrogen but the gp will know the standard bloods to do. Has your DH ever been tested?

Hi Pbn, just wanted to say sorry & throw my 2 cents in here for what its worth! I had 4 losses back to back all around 7 weeks, but prior to that I had a few chemicals too. I also got really faint pos tests that slowly faded and then went on to get af. I think you are getting pregnant but its not sticking. Wray White is the lady I got my info from her web site is progesterone therapy.com she was amazingly helpful to me and really knowledgeable about it. My ob told me my age was the reason for my miscarriages.... But my 2 yr boy says otherwise! I'm 44 :) Good luck with whatever you decide!

Hi Pbn, just wanted to say sorry & throw my 2 cents in here for what its worth! I had 4 losses back to back all around 7 weeks, but prior to that I had a few chemicals too. So sorry pbn. I agree with mylittlegirl, I think you had a cp as I saw a faint line on yesterday's test & you are having large clots. I had more blood loss & clots & cramping with my cp than I get with a normal AF.

I've been really busy the last couple of days which has been a good distraction from too much symptom spotting. 7dpo today, have had some queasiness over the last couple of days but not reading anything into it. I remember having a day earlier in my cycle before I even o'd where I felt queasy. Going to try to hold out until 10dpo to test but not sure if I can. I think so but I don't totally remember. I've been in a lot of pain since taking clomid. It seems to cause me to cramp more throughout. I know for sure I had cramping the day of my hsg. I would call the dr and have them tell you if you should follow up with someone.

Did another test this morning and the positive line is even fainter�� but the negative line is really faint as well so not sure if I have a dodgy test. Maybe I just wish it was a dodgy test and yesterday was actually remnants of trigger shot. Maybe I should leave it a few days to be sure. Now I've started I want to do loads obviously, I know I'm going to drive myself nuts having gone down this road. Pbn3, if you won't be TTC much longer there probably isn't much point getting BW done, but yes you could get FSH, AMH, LH etc done on CD4. I'd get a thyroid panel, vitD and iron/ferritin levels checked too if you're having blood drawn anyway. Maybe your DH will give you more time if you find a problem?

I think EOD all cycle long is best personally. SMEP is fine provided you have been BDing EOD the rest of the time.

Momamia, could it be the higher dose of Clomid causing cramping, at least in part? Not just the HSG?

I got a High today on CB Advanced OPK (aka CBAD), CD12, my cheap OPK strip is substantially darker than yesterday and my cervix is HSO! All of which suggests I will O CD15-17. That is on the early side for me, which I would normally be thrilled about. I bet it is the Clomid still in my system. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get any attempts in and now my donor is away until CD18! I don't know that I will be able to find another known donor in time. I'm kicking myself for not having a back up in place for just this reason. I almost feel desperate enough to try anonymous sperm this cycle but it's not easy to get here in Germany. I so hate to waste a cycle after Clomid and my last cycle as a 34 year old.

Yes, the cramping is pretty bad. It just seems to be getting worse. I have been taking Tylenol but I'd really like to take something stronger. The Tylenol definitely does not take all of the pain away.

ONLY ibuprofen helps with my O pain. Tylenol does nothing at all, and even my high dose opiates for my back hardly touch my O pain. I think it's bc of the type of pain it is, due to swelling/inflammation, but YMMV.

Is the pain sporadic or more constant? Sharp or dull? Both sides evenly or what?

I don't know anything about those medications and there side effects! BUT OMG TEST, your equivalent to 12DPO what are you waiting for TEST!!!! lol. Most people start testing at 4-5dpt

No it's the second attempt and I have nothing in reserve so this is it. We can't afford another go �� it was a fresh cycle transfer last Monday afternoon in Greece. One excellent quality embryo and one average. I thought at least one would make it. Do you think this it... Any chance at all or am I clutching at straws

I'm out:( AF showed up again this month same as last month i am 10 days past o! first just pink when wiped now its beginningvto be more red:(Im sure tomorrow when I wake up it will be heavy like last month! Heart broken I thought this was my month:( so tired of this
