Here's my test dry. I put the dates that FF has marked just to keep it straight. 11dpo (yesterday) on top, today's on bottom. I have a FRER and will test tomorrow am. Should I do another osom tonight or no? How long do you need to hold during the day? Again, I'm not getting too excited as I had the same thing last cycle. Just praying it darkens!!!

Keep in mind Max that HCG levels take 48 hours to double. Your test may not be much darker tonight, so don't be discouraged! Let's see how the FRER looks tomorrow morning and how your OSOMs look two days from now!

Just a thought, if your FRER shows a faint, light pink line in the morning, call your doctor for betas. That will tell you much more than HPTs!

So I got my day 21 progesterone levels back. This is round 2 of femara. Round 1 my progesterone level was 13.9. This round, my prog. level is 12.5. What does this mean? I thought the levels should be much higher while on femara? And I definitely didn't expect them to go down!

Ash, this is what happened to me last month, but on CD14. I have no clue what day I actually ovulated on. I thought it was CD15, but it's not looking like it was. Have you found out gender yet???

Mtolbert, I was also on Femara, but they didn't take my progesterone. Why were they measuring yours?

I'm having a lot of cramping now...aughhh this cycle is really giving me a wild ride!

Mtolbert - prog can fluctuate throughout the day and really they are just looking to see if you are in fact Ovulating. and from those numbers I would say you did. They call it a 21 day test, but did they do it on CD21 or 7 dpo? That will make a huge difference in numbers. If your cycle was a perfect 28 day cycle then it should be done on CD21. But since most do not follow that pattern, it should be done 7dpo.

I think I got everyone. Sorry if I missed anyone. It is tough to keep track. :)

Max- They were just measuring it to make sure I'm ovulating on it and to be sure I am getting the right dosage!

Shann- It was cd 21 & 7 dpo! Thank you :) That gives me a little peace of mind. I'm really stressed because next cycle is my last cycle on Femara.

Max- If the line shows up even faint pink, I would call to have betas done. That will provide you the most reassurance instead of analyzing the darkness of tests [emoji6].

Max-yay for cramping! That can be an early pregnancy sign too! I had AF-like cramps that subsided after a few days! I like XX's idea of having betas done to give you a better idea.
Mommy-so glad you're using the digi!!! Interesting how the the wondfos are light-I'd continue with them out of curiosity to see what they look like when you get a solid smiley! When you get that solid, go for it!!! Fx!!!

As for me, af still hasn't come properly, I spotted for a day but now nothing. This is the longest lp I've ever had! Now on 13dpo and just want a new cycle to start now. Took a test just incase and there is the faintest line but I'm sure it can't mean anything this late on. What do you ladies think?

Thank you mummy! I'm getting more and more excited as the days pass! Multiple sites I've visited say the 2nd temp spike means women are 3x more likely to be pregnant (only 5% with the 2nd spike are not) and that it occurs right after implantation.. My spike happened over a 2 day time span following the strange pains I had near my left ovary, and the days all add up too!! The anticipation is killing me!!!

Edit: I'm sorry, I somehow missed the last couple lines on the end of your comment. I think that unless af shows, there is always a chance! I read so many things where women don't get a positive until 14, 15 or even 16dpo. Every pregnancy is different. Some people say they didn't get a positive home pregnancy test until quite a few months in, long after having their pregnancy confirmed and monitored through prenatal care. I think you still have just as much a chance as anyone else unless af shows. Fingers crossed for you! :hugs:

Mommy2apples the cbd can be flashing for 3 days so your wondfo has time to catch up. But it's for sure good your using both this time then you can get an idea of what an actual pos wondfo looks like.

Mummy2boys can you post a pic? Also don't write this cycle off just yet... if the line darkens in 48 hours then you may have a bean that's taken longer to implant fully. I don't think we'll ever know or understand exactly what can and does go on in there during this time! Have everything crossed for you that this works out!

Afm- I have had the best sleep that I've had in ages. I haven't slept through the night in forever. I usually wake up when hubby comes to bed and then when my youngest comes to bed but I haven't. I have never had sleeps like this not even pregnant. So I am hoping that I could have a pregnancy where I have the most amazing sleep ! Haha ! still no symptoms here which is very typical for me when pregnant so I am just hoping it's a good sign ! I will keep you in the loop!

Lola, I have the curved first response that say 6 days sooner.

DH just got home from work and says, "Woah, do you feel okay?" I said, "Yeah, why?" And he's like, "Oh, you just look really flushed." So I took my temp vaginally and it's reading 99.9 (at 6:00 pm).. I'm sure that's probably normal for an evening temp at 8dpo, right? Nothing to worry about? I've been having mild cramps today. :(

Ttc-It's normal for bbt temp to be higher in the evening, but not sure how high is typical...you may have a low grade fever? Maybe someone else knows? Do you have a regular thermometer you could double check with orally? Hope you're having preggo cramps!!!

Lola, I don't have an oral, but I could clean my bbt and user it under the arm if you think that would make a difference? I really hope it's not a fever. I can't imagine that would be good for right now. The cramps feel lower, deeper and just different.. but I still don't like it because I don't remember cramping with the girls at all.

Ttc-missed your post earlier. I wouldn't worry about trying under your arm. Maybe take a fever reducer just in case like Tylenol? I can understand the cramps concerning you, but I had very distinct cramps at 9, 10, 11dpo & felt a little like AF. I even asked my OB about it. He said some cramping is normal, painful cramping that persists needs to be checked out. I always had painful ovulation pains, but my OB saw no signs of cysts at my 1st U/S. Try to get a good night's rest & each day gets you closer to finding out!!! I do remember you mentioning the curved frer's now & those will pick up a BFP at 11dpo, ohhh I have my Fx so hard!

Don't give up yet maxim, that's a minute decrease in temp (drop sounds too strong to describe it). Wait and see how tomorrow AM's test looks. They do blood tests 48 hours apart because that's how long it takes hcg to double and also by using hpts both urine concentration and test sensitivity will vary. I think you should even consider getting 48 hour bloods done so there's no question. Can you ring your ob and ask for the requests to be written up? Blood work is accurate for pregnancy progression whereas hpts are questionable.

Here's the test dry, yesterday on top. It does look a touch darker, but I took a IC in the same sample for good measure and it's stark white. Strange!

Max if its registering on the OSOM then a blood test would confirm a pregnancy for sure. I would call for labs for sure. There's no being in limbo then, you'll have you answer by Monday if you go in for first draw this morning and second Saturday morning (to confirm hcg doubling). Ask her to mark them urgent so you have results asap. You've been at this too long and had lines come and go on tests before to be mucking around with hpts. Don't torture yourself any longer, get the blood work and get your solid, no nonsense answer xxoo (and I'm thinkin it's going to be a GREAT answer 💖)

Pbn, I know I wasn't going to test until 11dpo, but I totally just caved at 9 :rofl:
How do you tell the difference between a very, very, extra crazy squint line, and an indentation?
I could just barley see something in the right lighting and it looked to have a tint of color, but it wouldn't show up in pictures until I opened the test up and took the strip out.

Ttcblue no I'm sorry but as soon as you expose the strip to air you run the risk of getting a good evap (or indent) exactly as photographed. I posted a pic awhile back (pretty much exactly the same) as a warning against pulling apart tests for this very reason as you've photographed (both coloured and inverted). Absolutely no way to know if it was a very faint line or not from this BUT I think there's an excellant chance you seen a very faint line IRL 😀😀 which means it should be photographable (is that even a word 😂) tomorrow morning!!!! Or possibly even tonight if you try and restrict your fluid intake somewhat today and you have plenty of frers! I'm so excited for you and cant wait to see your next tests!! I believe you're going to be next to announce your bfp 🎉🎉

That's great! I think if it was me I would wait until I have an answer before telling him you went in, but then I would tell him either way. If it's not, you won't get his hopes up (but I would be extremely shocked), and if it is them you can think of a super cute way to tell him, that's my favorite part! :)

My RE called back, they want me to go for labs tomorrow to ensure there is enough hcg in my system. She said the results would be back tomorrow, so that's at least good. Just strange that my IC didn't register any line right?

Totally separately, I work out with a local trainer here and he told me this morning that him and his wife (also a trainer) are having a girl. His wife is a hard core body builder and I always see her with some type of protein drink in hand and obviously lifting weights. It took everything in me not to ask if they only BD once during the fertile period. [emoji23] omg what's happening to me?!?

Max- That's great news! I'm glad they are getting you in tomorrow! That OSOM is way darker than yesterday! ICs don't usually pick anything up if it's less than 25iu. OSOMs can pick up as little as 5iu. This is your sticky baby- I just know it!!

Wow xx really? I didn't know that...but if it's less than 25 at 11-13dpo, isn't that low still? Not trying to be negative, I'm just really trying to guard myself because this is such an emotional roller coaster for me!

Thank you for posting this :) That's actually not quite what mine looked like.. This pic I can tell is clearly an indent.. mine this morning (before I pulled it apart) looked like a very, very faint, super thin, pink line that I could only see in certain lighting when I angled it just right. But i could see it from start to end. When I pulled it apart, I watched it as-- What I thought was a line-- very gradually darkened enough to get that pic, but it didn't really appear to indent at all? I realize now I totally messed up the test by pulling it apart, so I'll try not to get too excited, but I just can't help it. I sure hope this is it.

I went to the genetic specialist recently & he said his sister & her body builder husband want a boy so bad, but have 3 girls...I was thinking-well if she was the body builder maybe it would help & I wonder what her diet is like & how many times they BD. Max-ok it's finally letting me add my pic, but will only let me add one hmmm. Here's my test progression. Look how light they were in the beginning! I remember worrying what if these tests are just so sensitive that it would pick up the slightest amount, but I could see the progression from day to night, then it picked up faintly on an IC, then frer!
