Thanks, Pbn for starting a new thread!!

You are right - I think we should just do what we did last time and have him release 12-14 hours before our attempt, on the day I get a solid smiley. We know it's possible for us to get pregnant doing that and we know he can "manage" two releases in that time span, so we'll just stick with that. Hopefully tomorrow or Friday will be the day!!

But OMG I am NOT feeling well right now. I honestly can't tell whether I have a stomach bug or am just having a bad IBS flare - it could honestly be either at this point. I've had a few loose stools today, my tummy hearts, I just feel terrible. I hope it doesn't affect ovulation or chances to conceive :( When we got pregnant in August I think I had a sinus infection at at the time... what's up with me getting all this stuff at the time of my attempt? Honestly though - I think it's more likely that it's an IBS thing. My whole digestive/bowel system gets thrown out of wack very easily and with recent stress, strict dieting the past 2 weeks, adding in more fiber - I think it's likely that. How that might affect my sway I don't know!!!

Abc I've only heard of illness swaying pink. Thank god for one attempt [emoji6] hope you are feeling better soon though.

had a temp dip today. Interesting bc I am taking progesterone and that's raised my temps so far and I drank a bit last night. Usually that raises bbt too. Trying not to look to hard into tgat... but I am praying this is my month bc I've eaten so much Halloween candy. Lol
It's November... which means it's my miscarried daughter's due date month. I NEED this to be my month.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20171101/acd046fb17c7fa21aff849b97b80490d.jpg

Hi everyone, hoping I can join in here! Just officially tried our first month and I’m sitting at 3-4dpo!

I’m so excited and anxious about the whole thing! We are swaying pink and since I am a type one diabetic - it’s been hard to keep the blood sugars low so I’m definitely anxious about that, but I took Clomid and have been doing the alternative PCOS LE so fingers crossed we have done as much as we can [emoji28]

I hope it’s okay to join and I look forward to meeting you all!

Robin I really hope this is your month, the due date is definitely one of the hard dates [emoji17] fingers crossed for a sticky bfp!

Sent from my iPhone using TapatalkI took hcg trigger shot so I usually test every day after it to make sure it leaves my system.. then hope it comes back. This is my 3rd month taking it and I've been very laid back about it. I've found sometimes frers give me bfp (14dpo) the day I go for beta testing and have that come up negitive? So weird. I've learned not to trust the tests with the trigger shot...
Anyway long story short haha
I've been testing since yesterday. It's still in my system today. Thought it was fine from yesterday but I guess not!
Last pregnancy I got a bfn from trigger on 7dpo and 8dpo was a bfp on a wondfo!

Robin that has to be so tough, I'm sorry. Fx for you this month!

I am FINALLY spotting today! I haven't been this happy to have my period since I was teenager [emoji6] we definitely missed my fertile window because I assumed I ovulated when I didn't, so I'm going to use opk's this time.

Robin - could it possibly be an implantation dip? Looks like your 6 dpo - maybe a little early but possible? Or maybe just one of those erratic temps. I've had a few of those lately.

Welcome J-ellybean!! I'm 3-4 dpo as well!!!! FX for you! Sounds like you have had a great sway so far w/ PCOS LE and Clomid!

Greydore, yea for AF, lol!! Now you can get that over with and get ready for your next attempt :)

Since changing diet and eating less, my cycles have been shorter. I also had a random 21 and then a random 32. I average 27 most of the time. Hoping this is the month! All the testing and opks and diet make time go so slow ha. It was a sad week since this would have been the week we would have announced the pregnancy if I hadn't have miscarried in aug. Boo.

Hi ladies, I've not been on for a while, my little boy has had pneumonia and has been in hospital for over a week. They have just discharged us and we are home. He's still poorly but managing without extra oxygen which is a big improvement.
I haven't had chance to read all through the posts so not sure what I've missed? Hello to all the new ladies.
I haven't been temping or doing opks whilst in hospital and thought we'd have to wait till next cycle but we managed to bd last night after we got home. No idea when/if I've ovulated but temp was still low this morning.

Mummy so sorry to hear that your little guy has been sick!!! Hope he's back to 100% soon!!!!! What an awful thing to have to go through.

Cc - welcome! FX for you!

Pbn - I KNOW right?! I feel that way too and my cycles are even super short! :) Feel like I'm never going to be pregnant and able to move past this swaying stuff!! I got cross hairs today on FF and it said I O'd on Sunday! :( Boo!! It was dotted lines though so I guess that means it's not confident about that date - which is good as neither are we! Really hope it happened on Saturday and that the Thursday attempt still had something left. Sigh. Still so many days before I can test!

So, if not pregnant this cycle, I realized the next time I'm going to ovulate is right around American Thanksgiving!!!! Are you kidding me!??! That means I'm going to have to be more careful about what I eat that day - I would be anyways if still on LE but I certainly don't want to have a big cheat day on the exact day or close to the day that the egg drops!!!! AHHHH that is going to suck!!! And I also found out today that DH may be gone in early January around the time I will ovulate (not completely sure about that since I'm only on cycle #1 of Clomid and I don't know how it may change my cycle lengths), so basically, if not pregnant this cycle, we have two cycles to get pregnant before we'd have to skip a cycle!! I don't want to have to skip a whole cycle in January b/c he's gone! So PRESSURE IS ON!!! Ha ha!

Aw thanks for keeping checking in on my chart pbn! It's a bit useless this month, I've guessed most of the temps until this morning when I got out of hospital. And I've also just realised the batteries are going on my thermometer so who knows what my temp is!! I feel like ovulated yesterday, had o pains and lots of ewcm but did an opk and it was negative so I will just have to wait and see.

Hey ladies!

Cycle 2 and CD9 for me today and I think I'm gonna start OPK testing today. Apparently didn't ovulate until CD22 for cycle 1, but now I've done a full cycle since my coil I'm hoping for earlier (I'm fairly sure that in my pre-BC days my cycle was almost bang on 28 days).

Fingers crossed for a normal cycle this month instead of the crazy chart I ended up with last month!

Greydore I'd start opks at cd12. You don't want to be caught out if your body decides to ovulate earlier than usual. Remind me again what opks are you using?

Abc how are you feeling!!?? Cant believe you're at testing time finally! Cant wait for the next couple days temps and tests!!! Are you using wondfo hpts?

Mummy2boys are those last 4 temps true temps? If so, it looks like you got super lucky with that attempt [emoji3] obviously was meant to be [emoji6] cant wait to see how your chart looks over the next week!

BBB either 1 or 2dpo [emoji3][emoji3] and amazing attempts in again! Just need that one little swimmer to have penetrated the egg fx fx fx!!! I'll be hoping with everything that this cycle will surprise you and be your bfp [emoji173]

Plasticserenity how are the opks looking? Any progression? Do you keep them to watch the line come in? Post a pic if so! Are your cycles usually as long as last one?
Do you temp vaginally?

Mtolbert it's wonderful to see you in the thread again [emoji173] bring on that rainbow bfp this cycle!! Did your thermometer arrive?

No sorry I meant last cycle but I've just renembered that you put it in there to get ff to allocate o day so never mind lol. Just hoping you get a proper positive as I'm unfamiliar with the opks you have and some people's close to but not quite positive is actually their positive. Makes it harder to do one attempt at pos opk if you're unsure whether these opks give you a proper positive or not. Might be worthwhile getting a brand name back up to test with as well once your walmart opk is getting close? Keep the urine sample until after you check the test in case you need to dip another.

Mtolbert SO good to see you on here again!! Glad you are doing well, are calm, and in a great place!!! And your nephew is adorable! Big congrats to the whole fam!

Pbn - yes I broke down and tested this morning - at 7/8 dpo :( And with a FRER. And of course BFN. Sigh. Then tonight I went totally *off the wagon* diet wise! Didn't eat much dinner but then had two after dinner snacks of total junk! Candy, chips, brownie bite. I feel super gross and super guilty. I know at this point if I'm pregnant baby is either going to implant or not implant and if I'm not pregnant one bad day wont hurt anything but I still feel guilty. I hate "swaying guilt" - I'm so over it!!! I've just been really hungry and grumpy and tired the past week - for no good reason - and indulged in junk :(

I've felt super flushed & had a higher than normal daytime/evening temperature the past few days. Any chance that means anything? I mean I'm guessing it's just related to increased post-O progesterone, which could just be higher than normal this cycle (maybe from the Clomid?), but could it mean anything more?

Greydore my test line is never as dark as the control line on the cheapie OPKs... Drove me crazy so I switched to digital. Seems like that's pretty common, but it does make reading them more difficult.

Hey everyone!
It’s been awhile since I’ve updated, but I have been reading!

Pbn3 - I’ve been testing like an absolute idiot even though I’m only 7dpo/8dpo today. I’ve forced myself to stop because all bfn and I get sad lol even though I am aware it’s too early anyway [emoji23] earliest I have ever seen the slightest bfp was 9dpo so I’m just being silly.

Greydore - I’ve not ever had a positive test on any of the cheapie OPKs even though I’ve been blessed enough to have 3 babes. It gets slightly dark but not once has it been darker than the control.

Oh mtolbert1 - he is the sweetest little nugget [emoji7][emoji7] I love the swollen chucky newborns!! How beautiful, is your sister doing well?

How are you feeling now mummy2boys?

Abc2606 - I’m sitting right on the same dpo as you and keep testing EVEN though I know it’s kind of pointless at this stage [emoji23] the things we do [emoji19] but my fingers and toes are crossed that it was just too early!
And about being off the wagon - apparently cheating is okay and encouraged every now and again, just chalk it up as a bad night and start again tomorrow [emoji8]

Does anyone know if Clomid can cause some pregnancy like symptoms in the tww? I have driven myself crazy because I literally feel pregnant. Sore bbs, nausea, headaches, I am so tired I have been in bed by 9pm which isn’t like me at all!! And I just feel weird. Googling didn’t help much but hopefully you guys have some insight for me [emoji8]

Sorry for the slow response, had a busy bonfire night weekend here! Making the most of still being able to drink before I get a BFP :)

CD 12 today and OPKs still negative as of yesterday. I keep an eye on them for around 10 mins, and the instructions say to disregard them after that time. But I have noticed if I go back to them a few hours later they are a bit darker, I guess that doesn't mean anything?

Gonna be trickier to test Mon to Thurs due to my work hours... I might have to figure out a way to test in the loo at work. But I drink that much coffee to keep me going through the day that I find it tough to hold for more than an hour or two in the afternoons, now I'm wondering if that's why I only saw negatives last cycle?

I temp orally. It's seemed a little steadier this month (have had a bit of a dip around CD5 but might be related to AF finishing? Is that a thing?). My timings have definitely been better and so has my sleep pattern so I think that helps.

I'm really hoping that this is a shorter cycle - last month was my first cycle temping and tracking and also my first cycle off BC so it was probably a bit wacky, but I guess I won't find out what's normal for me for a couple of months!

My Ovulation Chart (https://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/6a5a33/)

DP has revealed that he might be away Friday night, which will be CD16... who wants to bet that my positive OPK appears on that day!

Mtolbert what a sweet baby! Congrats to your family!

ABC I got a stark white BFN with a frer at 8 dpo with my second son. I don't think I even implanted til 8 dpo, so no way I would've gotten a positive.

Last cycle I had tons of symptoms, even the tingly boobs that so many say were early symptoms of pregnancy. And I definitely wasn't pregnant. All that progesterone can really play tricks on you.

Thanks for all of you ladies' info on OPKs...looks like I might need to break down and buy an expensive digital :/

I wasn't going to post, but I'm going crazy. So despite saying, "We're taking a cycle off to regroup, and will see what the cheap IVF place in NY says after two REs said we have unexplained RPL and need IVF with PGS," here I am tentatively pregnant again.

Here are my 8DPO and 9DPO progressions.
https://i.imgur.com/nHse6YE.jpg
https://i.imgur.com/kV4djOC.jpg

Issue is that I'm getting borderline BFNs in the morning -- the 9DPO one was at 2 p.m. yesterday when my 9DPO FMU was barely there. This morning was barely there too so I'm going to test later. Any experiences with BFNs with first morning urine?

Other variables here: My progesterone was only 8.3 at 6DPO. I did start taking my leftover progesterone supplements at 8DPO but I'm worried it was too late, even though my RE sort of views prog like atomic -- that it's an effect, not a cause.

I also had either a huge dip below coverline today or a slight +.1 climb -- two temps taken seconds away from each other. Any insight?

TP- I think this is what happened to me with my DS2. Looking back on it, I had such faint or barely there lines with FMU up until 21dpo. At that point, all of my tests were dark.

I’m hoping that this is your sticky bean 🤞🏻[emoji1317]!

Good morning ladies,

I hope it is ok if i join you. I'm in the waiting window. We are trying for a girl (or 2). We didn't do a ton of swaying because it was kind of a quick turn around. I just had my tubal ligation reversal on 10/3/2017, and we had to wait about a month to heal, so November is our very first attempt. I was good about my folic acid, but no prenatal vitamins. I know there weren't a lot of positive results on here, but we tried the soy isoflavens as natural clomid anyway. Just after surgery I didn't want to do much more than that because I didn't want anything to hinder my healing. Then, as luck would have it, I got sick just before our one attempt so I know I wasn't in best condition. I heard sub-optimal conditions sway pink, so here's hoping the flu was good for something.

Here's the interesting thing, and I'm trying not to obsess over it too much, but I don't usually feel when I ovulate. Maybe a little on the left, but not typically. The evening I got my positive OPK, I could feel something happening on both sides. I was in noticeable pain on both sides for several hours that night and again the following morning. Now I am 2.5 dpo and I woke up nauseous. It should be way to early to feel any of that, right? There's no way I implanted that fast so I'm not going to waste time on a HPT now, but I feel out of sorts. Anyone else feeling super early symptoms?

Good luck to all of you. Sending you lots of baby dust. :fx:

I am under a pretty firm impression that some people are more sensitive to hormones than others. I had nausea and aversions with my DD within days, felt her implant. There IS a hormone called EPF, early pregnancy factor, that begins producing immediately after conception. I have a feeing some women detect this, hence the potential early symptoms.

2.5 days is definitely too eary for implantation though. Fingers crossed for you!

Also ty XX ♡ I'm almost mad at myself for doing this to myself again...

Now the big question - we're swaying pink and last DTD on Saturday (today is Monday). Do you reckon we're in with a good chance of BFP if we do Sat/Tues? Part of me wants to DTD again tonight to increase BFP chances but I know that's not pink friendly. Just worried Saturday is too far out? Any advice ladies?

I've read every study I can get my hands on about early pregnancy factor, and I think people have gotten way carried away with it. Basically EPF is an immunosuppressant that the newly fertilized egg emits so the body doesn't reject it. There's no evidence that EPF causes symptoms in any way. I'm not discounting anyone's symptoms, but I think we've all had cycles where we were sure that every twinge was pregnancy related. I even had round ligament pain this last cycle, which I only have had while pregnant!

Just a quick note for TP – I’m sorry this rollercoaster keeps doing this to you – I am keeping my FX this could be it nevertheless!
If not, I hope the REs will have a solution to help maintain a pregnancy to term. The cells do meet and fertilise, every single cycle it seems, so there is bound to be something they can do to get the embryo make it to the further stages and stay strong :hugs:

How many dpo is everyone now? When is everyone testing?

I’ve had what I thought was a bfp but disappeared this morning using fmu so I don’t know what to think. I had a feeling I was pregnant from 2dpo but I also felt like it could be the Clomid. And then I had a stitch in both sides of my stomach at 7dpo and I don’t know if it was just me concentrating on it or not but ugh guess time will tell lol

Hi lovely ladies. Im new to the waiting forum.....
I’m currently in the 2 week wait - damn waiting is killing me. FF is telling me to test on the 23rd!!! Ages away. Iv had weird cycles for ages so took a bit for me to sort my ovulation etc out. Still not sure I have. This is our first proper month of trying. We have a 15m old son. TTC girl , but tbh would be stoked to just be pregnant and happy with another boy!!! This is my chart this month. I really hope I did O and I timed dtd ok....
I def don’t think my period will come on the 12th more like the 16th.

Tp I am so sorry [emoji17][emoji17] if it helps at all I think I got a bfp yesterday afternoon only for it to disappear this morning - so did some googling and it seems that afternoon urine held for a few hours is actually very strong in hcg for some women, I’m going to retest this afternoon also to test this theory.

I find that hard too - I focus on all the symptoms and wonder if that is pregnancy or not .... even when I know really it’s too early to tell... gaaah!

Is anyone who is ttc a girl doing every 4 day method? I'm not sure when to change to e4d after one attempt!

November 8th, 2017, 07:48 AM
Girlswaylondon e4d is simply bding e4d from af finish all the way through your cycle or at least well after o confirmed by temps (so you'd be e4d once or twice more after sustained rise). My understanding of e4d is 3 full days between bd's. So example, you'd dtd say cd7, cd11, cd15, cd19, cd23 etc The idea is you skip the the opks and end up with one attempt in your fertile window.

I've had 2 days of +ve OPKs and still no temp rise, really hoping to see it tomorrow. I've been really crampy today so possibly that means O, just not sure? Even had a bit of stabbing pain in my right hand side. We BD last night so would be happy with timing if O would show up soon...

Keeping up with this thread and all of your updates, crossing my fingers for all of you ladies! xx

Well I'm 10/11 dpo, BFN this morning, huge temp drop this morning as well. I suppose at 10/11 dpo it still could be implantation dip but I'm not optimistic. Waiting to see if AF comes in the next day or two (I have a 10 day LP normally but I was on 1st cycle of Clomid this cycle, so we'll see).

Plasticserenity - I have the same thing every cycle - I get a positive OPK and then it takes 2-4 days to see a temp rise. It's SOOOO annoying and I don't know what's going on other than I think it's just how my body operates. Sounds like you're good though as far as getting an attempt in so hopefully it'll rise soon!

TP please update us on your bw!!!

mwilson yay fx!! Waiting is terrible!!

J-ellybean any updates from your tests?

Girlswaylondon - I think I'm going to do e4d next cycle starting at +opk, given that it just takes my body awhile after +opk to see a temp rise and it makes timing the 1 attempt at +opk more difficult. I think e4d can be 3 full days in between like Pbn said, but I think Atomic also considers 2 full days in between as e4d as well (so like BD on a Monday and Thursday) if you want to up the chances of conceiving a bit more (although a little less pink friendly). I'm thinking I will probably do my e4d attempts 60-72 hours apart (that's what I did this cycle actually). As far as when to switch to e4d, I think it's just a matter of how much you want to get pregnant quickly. I forget, are you on Clomid? With Clomid it's important to get pregnant sooner rather than later as it's not good to be on that medication for a long time.

Welcome, Nowmarriedgirl!!

How long have you been doing the one attempt, abc? I'm considering it too.

No clomid for me just the pcos le diet! :)

ABC.2606
November 8th, 2017, 02:11 PM
Girlsway - I did one attempt in July - didn't get pregnant... Two attempts in August, but the 1st one was O-4 so likely not viable, but I did pregnant that cycle and unfortunately miscarried. Then took two cycles off after m/c to get some tests done, etc., and this was our first cycle trying again after all that. Intended to do 1 attempt but after delay in temp rise we added in another (about 60 hours after 1st attempt). So I haven't really been doing 1 attempt, but after almost 8 months of swaying, a few months of trying, a miscarriage, fertility testing, and now being put on Clomid, I'm really ready to be pregnant :) If I didn't have such a delay in my temp rise I'd probably stick with 1 attempt at +OPK, but it's just so hard to time since I don't seem to ovulate in the normal 12-36 hours time frame after first +opk.

J-ellybean - I see it too!!!!!! Yaaaaay!!!!!!! CONGRATS!!!!!!

I didn't think about Clomid throwing things off... Looked back at my chart from my pregnancy in August (was not on Clomid then though) and I had a temp drop almost exactly like the one today at 9 dpo. So I guess it is possible. But - I just read something on the internet (dumb me!) about late implantation (more than 9 dpo) and way higher m/c risks... I'm like 10/11 dpo today... so now I'm kind of freaking out about that. And that Aug pregnancy w/ a 9 dpo temp drop also ended in m/c. :( I hate this process.

HCG draw came back negative. I'm still popping faint BFPs (not even as squinty as last cycle) anytime I test. I guess they're just picking up an HCG of 4 or something?

I still had hope. What a fucking fool.

Funny you should say that, I was wondering the exact same thing :) I certainly FELT more like I ovulated on CD14 than CD12 but I'm no expert! Either way, it looks like I got a viable attempt in so I will see what it says in a couple of days. Mostly I'm just happy that I can actually tell that I ovulated this month! Thanks BBB. I'm pretty disappointed but I also just really felt that this wasn't our cycle. I really think I was TOO depleted - not eating enough (even under LE standards), had that stomach thing going on, was too stressed out about ttc, and I just don't know that we really got the timing right w/ our attempts. So I'm trying to be more hopeful about this cycle. Going to take better care of myself & probably going to decrease the time between our attempts. Plus it will be cycle #2 of Clomid so hopefully that will add a little more to my girl sway (having it in my system for longer).

Does Clomid cause lighter AFs? So, I'm definitely bleeding and saw some real "period blood" this morning, but so far it's a LOT lighter than normal. Usually I start AF overnight and wake up w/ quite a bit of blood, but this morning when I first wiped there was nothing and then 20 minutes later a light light flow started and it's just very slowly increasing but still very light. I know Clomid can thin the uterus lining and I guess thus lighter periods but would that really happen the first month w/ only 50 mg? Or maybe it was b/c I was more depleted this month that it's light?

Yea BFN this morning. Plus I've had two days now of pre-O temps. Blood seems be getting redder/ a little more now, so it's gotta be AF. Doc just called about my Clomid prescription and said that if anything Clomid would make AF heavier though. So who knows. He wants me to come in on Nov 21st for ultrasound (right around time of O) to check everything out though so I am going to not stress about it now (or try not to!) When I had a mid-cycle ultrasound at the end of Sept my lining looked really good - so I really doubt 1 month of Clomid 50 mg really messed it up a lot!

BBB - hard to say. It's supposed to length LP according to Atomic. It lengthened my cycle for sure - 26 days. It's almost always 24 days and never more than 25. But I think I ovulated on day 15 or 16, which would be a 10/11 day LP, which is my normal. So who knows. My doc was happy though as he thinks the longer cycle means I had a longer LP, but he doesn't believe in temp charting & thinks you ovulate the day of +opk. FX for your DH's SA!!!! You never know - I thought my husband's wouldn't be as high as it was b/c he has hypothyroidism, which can cause low sperm counts, and he's not a "high testosterone" guy in any way. And yet his was 99 million/mL! So hopefully your DH's will be better than you're expecting it to be!

Abc I cant remember if/how clomid affected my af? I think it was more after the mc's it changed? Instead of getting it first thing and heavy, I would start spotting (which I never had previously) sometimes after lunch or evening and it could take up to a day to increase to full flow. I also started regularly experiencing spotting after af finished, even the occasional blood tinged cm at cd10..... If you're open to it I'd maybe try e3d (the two full days in between version) this cycle from af finish to sustained temp rise and forget the opks as they'll just create too much expectation of impending o and stress you out [emoji173]

Good to know I'm not crazy! This was totally in the afternoon again, too... and my beta WAS drawnq in the morning. Would that even matter?

My doctor's office just called and said it was negative, they didn't give me a number. They had also drawn cortisol and progesterone but didn't even give me those numbers either

Pbn - Hmmm that's interesting. Before starting sway I never spotted before AF, but now, it happens pretty regularly - just a tiny amount and only a day or two before AF starts, but again, it never happened before swaying. It's one of the only changes I've noticed in my cycles after nearly 8 months of swaying. I was spotting a tiny, tiny bit last night - and with the temp dip it was like, ok, either AF is coming or I'm implanting. It has increased to a full flow over the day today even though it is def lighter than a normal CD1 for me. So weird. But again - my diet and physical condition were a lot worse this past cycle so maybe that's what's caused the change.

Picked up round 2 of Clomid from the pharmacy today, starting it on Saturday. Trying to feel hopeful and optimistic heading into this cycle!!! I don't know exactly how we'll do the BD pattern yet - still want to think about it a bit more, as well as if DH should release 12+ hours before attempt to lower sperm count.

Pbn didn't you say you took Clomid in the morning? I took it at night last time but didn't know if it was better to do morning. Both the pharmacist and doc said they didn't think it mattered. Did you take it with food or on empty stomach?

Robin - I REALLY hope this is your sticky bean, but if not, yes, let's definitely be Clomid buddies this month! But oh please let those betas be good!!!!!

Abc I took mine in the morning as I was so keen and couldn't bear to wait until evening [emoji23] Don't remember taking with food? Would usually take when I got up for first pee. Some people opt to take it in the evening so they are less likely to feel side effects during the night but I personally don't recall feeling anything different during the day [emoji848]

I am sorry tp.
I am pretty sure I am having a chemical. Today's fmu looks a but lighter than yesterday's 4th morning urine no hold. I did drink before bed.. but I highly doubt it would affect my tests.
My bbt is low too.
I took progesterone yesterday bc I thought it was a bfp. I still haven't gotten AF.

I’m 6 dpo and starting to get antsy to test. Trying not to for fear of another chemical. For those who are heading to ivf, does your insurance cover? (If you don’t mind me asking) We looked into ivf bc our second child has a rare genetic condition and im stressing big time about something happening with #3. All our gnentic tests have come back normal and our daughter is just a random occurnace but the fear is still there. And our insurance wouldn’t cover ivf. With having a chemical preg a couple months ago I stress more which prob isn’t good for conceiving either. .

I started bleeding, so I'm definitely out now.

Unfortunately, insurance doesn't cover at all. We'd have to go all out of pocket. I'm so stressed because in order to afford it somewhat, we'll have to go to an out of state clinic 5 hours away. We're going to be driving there just for the consult (since the wait for a phone consult was 2 months away).

Sigh. So I've had a little wine tonight (after 10+ days without it during tww!) and I'm feeling so sad. I want to be pregnant again. I want the baby girl I've dreamed of for soooo long. Just feels like it's never going to happen. I just want one sweet little girl. I've dreamt and worked so hard.

And I found out my best friend - who has wanted to be a mama forever & started IVF in October for infertility issues - isn't pregnant after the first embryo transfer didn't take. Which just breaks my heart. I was so feeling like it was going to stick.

Why can't baby making just be easier for those great mamas out there who want it so much???

Big hugs Abc xxoo Try and not dwell on it too much as it will never make sense how some people who don't even deserve children can have them so easily yet those that want them so much have such trouble. It simply is what it is as cold as that sounds. With my second mc I discovered a week before our family reunion that I was going to lose the pregnancy. I had a brother and sister flying in from other cities and didn't feel I could back out of it as it cost them so much to fly their families there. So everybody knew I was going to miscarry and likely during the 4/5 days we were all there. On the seond night/first family dinner my brother and his girlfriend announced. They didn't even bother giving me a heads up which was really upsetting after the fact. I behaved appropriately of course and was very excited for them but it was a huge kick in the guts. I started bleeding the next day and already had a scan booked at a diagnostic place in the city to confirm bub was deceased. I seen an ob I'd never met to medicate the mc in order to quicken things up so the 8 hour drive home would be more bearable. It didnt go to plan, I went through an awful procedure in his office to try and remove retained tissue in the cervix two days later and then once home tried more medication then eventually had to have a d&c. When my brothers girlfriend was 19 weeks pregnant she terminated her perfectly healthy pregnancy against my brothers wishes and I basically had a break down. I spiralled into depression and drinking alcohol and lost all faith in the whole good things happen to good people, karma etc etc I climbed my way back slowly and I never ever want to go there again. I experienced my third loss a couple months later but strangely enough I dealt with it the easiest..... I think because I accepted it was out of my control. I was either going to fall pregnant with a sticky bean or I wasn't. Gave myself 3 more cycles and was at complete peace when I gave up. Then I fell pregnant somehow ([emoji23]) and low and behold I'm now 30 weeks. I guess what I'm trying to say is don't dwell on things you cant control, try and stay positive for both you and your friend. Very importantly, try and not be angry. Its an exhausting destructive emotion that saps the life out of you. And keep talking, always keep talking and sharing xxoo

Sorry everyone for bombarding the thread with all that but I feel its important to know we are not alone in thoughts or emotions and this is never a walk you need do alone. Someone here will always have your back [emoji173]

You truly are an amazing, beautiful woman. I wish I could meet you in person. If you ever come anywhere on this side of the world (the US), please let me know. :) :)
Yea I will try to stay positive. My friend is a very positive person. She's sad but remains optimistic. She has more chances still ahead with the IVF. I just want this to happen for her so bad. And I just want that little girl I've been waiting for. Hopefully both will come in time. For now I hope I can be as positive a light as you are Pbn!! So many things to be joyful and thankful for this time of year. We're traveling after Christmas to see my DH's family. His sister has 3 kids - 1 boy and 2 girls - and his brother has 2 kids - 1 boy, 1 girl - and they are pregnant with their 3rd which we don't know the gender of yet. It's another reason I'm hoping we're pregnant by Christmas so I can mitigate the feelings of jealousy I know I'm going to have to deal with being around their mixed gender families. At least I'll have 45 lbs of weight loss to show off & brag about haha! I'm kidding, but they haven't seen me since I lost all this weight so that will be a surprise.

Anyways - thanks for as always lifting my spirits Pbn!!! I CANNOT wait to see a pic of that little bub of yours!!!!! So soon now!!!!!!!

Hi pbn! I'm feeling ok. I have a mix of hope and doubt this time. Trying to take it one day at a time and not get too far ahead of myself. Having said that, I did buy a 2 pack of frers today lol probably means AF will come even sooner!

Probably a good way to stay BBB, hopeful but doubtful [emoji17] I'm glad you got some frers just in case though [emoji3][emoji3] so you won't test until af due or overdue? What dpo will that be?

I've had a 12 day l.p. on average so I guess I'll see what my temp is like on Monday and take it from there x

Eeek BBB hoping this is it!!!!!

Pbn I took a few days off of temping - will resume probably tomorrow. Hence the empty chart right now. :)

This AF has been SO weird. Started Thursday morning super, super light, very slowly getting heavier. Yesterday was really heavy - which is normal day 2 for me but it seemed heavier than normal, then today, day 3, it's really light again. Weird!!! It must be the Clomid - def not a normal AF for me.

I have an u/s on the 21st to check my lining, follicles, etc, as doc wants to see how Clomid is affecting everything. It'll be right around the time of O I think. So that will be interesting!

Abc that is music to my ears hearing you'll be getting an ultrasound and so close to o time!!! I never temped through my af either, I'd resume when the bleeding was light - spotting :)

Hey ladies, I'll be ovulating this coming week (if my cycle stays the same)

Does anyone else get pain when they ovuLate? Since tracking and using opks without fail the day after my postitive opk I'll have bloating and pain and I just knownive ovulated! Goes away in a few hours but it's like clockwork!

Maybe because I have pcos?

Girlswaylondon I also experienced o pain as well after monitoring my cycles. Prior to this I don't recall ever feeling it [emoji23] I'm sure I would have but would've just passed it off as random twinges/pangs and not the consistent pain I was experiencing once aware. It's amazing how much more you feel your body once you start listening!!!

Temp drop today. Have to wait to see what tomorrow brings.

I got really bad cramps day of pos opk this month and some not so bad the following morning. I never get cramps, not even with AF.

Dh has to wait until 20th Dec to see his Dr about the hcg. He has none left and I don't want to buy anymore, but I'm worried about him starting and stopping it. It is a hormone after all. It's a joke because they know he hasn't had a test shot since July.

Yes to this!! The pain definitely happened in the past but I never realised it was ovulation until now! I feel so in tune with my body right now! :D

BBB - ugh so frustrating about DH's hcg. I hope it all gets resolved soon! Or, better yet, that you get your BFP soon and it wont matter anyways!!! :)

Girlsway - yea for O this week!!! FX!!!

Hey guys just wanted to pop in an update you all.
My second beta todat was 12 so it's going down and it's a chemical pregnancy.
So disappointed to now have to be pushed back in my cycle and wait around until AF comes.
Anyway good luck to all those ttc. I hope the universe is nicer to y'all than it is to me!

Hi Pbn! I'm still here, just had a wedding and a baby shower this weekend so I've been insanely busy. Wonderful but exhausting! I've decided to just use the Walmart OPKs that I already have. I don't want to spend more money on ttc than I have to at this point. I'm SO much more relaxed this cycle, like I'm not googling everything and stressing. It's nice because the time went so slow when I was anxious about everything last cycle.

Mummy2boys don't give up yet! Those two temps below coverline could mean something other than af coming, especially with your temp popping back up above coverline today! 8/9dpo is smack bang in the middle of when implantation generally takes place and looking at your chart history this is a new pattern at this dpo [emoji848] I'm going to stay hopeful as af should arrive tomorrow or the next day if its going to....
