HGmama I'm so sorry for your loss. I "only" had a chemical last month but I also felt so guilty that I could have caused it by swaying. I had many of the same thoughts about diet, coffee, alcohol and exercise that ABC mentioned in her post (that I find fantastic btw [emoji846]). Atomic always says that LE diet is a safe pre-pregnancy diet according WHO and other guidelines. So I think if we stick to the limits and don't just eat candy and other empty carbs, we are on the safe side. I am also doing PCOS version as it is said to be healthier. I am not as strict as ABC with coffee though as I read up to 200 mg coffeine don't do any harm. So I only mix my normal coffee powder with decaf powder in the tww to make sure I don't exceed that amount of coffeine. And I am even more cautious with exercise in the tww than ABC and even make a break of one or two days around possible fertilisation and implantation because I find the vibrations so strong when I walk on my treadmill. But that is completely irrational probably and just in my head.

I think it's good to think about all those aspects and then find a way for you where you are sure that you won't feel guilty again at least for what you did for swaying if this ever happens again.

I really hope to see you here in the tww again soon! [emoji846]

I think I should stop testing now... but won't do it anyway [emoji85]https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180401/a0bbad5843ea7cd88e54264ed900c628.jpg

Parying4agirl I think that would make you 10 dpo? What kind of test do you have? Do you still have your fmu by any chance? If you have a sensitive test and use fmu, 10 dpo is a very good day to test! Good luck and keep us posted! 🤞🏻

Yay Verena!! That's so great!!!!

Happy Easter everyone!!

And OMG I think AF may have just started. I'm only 23 days post-D&C is this seriously possible?! They told me 4-6 weeks!! But I don't think it's m/c bleeding since I have had any of that in over a week. Feeling a little crampy too.

Pbn do you think when the HCG hit zero (assuming it has, as it was at 25 last Monday), my body decided to just start AF rather than ovulate, produce progesterone, etc?

Abc it's definitely possible! From what I've read it's not uncommon to not ovulate cycle of d&c and given its been more than 20 days it's likely this could be af. It may not be like a normal period though, just so you're aware. I'd start temping again once the bleeding has finished and make this cd1 in ff for now and go from there... that's of you're planning on charting anyway [emoji4]

Parying4girl if you want best chance of a clear yes/no answer then wait until day before af due. Otherwise testing anytime from 10dpo onwards is usually a good time to start. Fx!

I just did another FRER and there is STILL a line!!! It's light - lighter than the last one I did maybe a week or so ago - but definitely there and more than just a squinter! What the heck is going on?!!! I couldn't get true "AF" with HCG still in me right? I mean I'm guessing the HCG level must be like 10, given that it was 25 on Monday and the line is lighter now. I just do not understand what my body is up :(

ABC, did they not do follow up blood work after the d&c? My OB followed until it was zero. I would assume if a FRER was catching it, if would be very low if it’s a barely there line. My cycles were very wonky for 2-3 months after my d&c. It took a while for me to get back to a normal 31 day pattern like before.

Emshe - LOL thanks! I'm frustrated too!!

Hannah - Yea they've checked HCG the past two Mondays and two weeks ago it was 146 and last week it was 25. They told me I could come in for one more draw but that I didn't have to as the RE is happy with how it's decreasing. I might call my regular OB tomorrow (I'm not sure if I called the RE if I would get to talk to her directly) and see what he thinks. I know everything is fine because I had a follow up D&C ultrasound a week and a half ago and there was nothing there. But I'm supposed to have a sonohysterogram done several days after my period starts so I need to know if this is actually my period or not! :) Ugggh I hope my cycles don't get all wonky for the next few months! I've had extremely clockwork, short cycles my whole life, even after swaying and the first two m/cs, and I already feel like this not knowing what's going on is driving me crazy!

Hang in there! If it gets heavier, I would count that as your full AF. Call in tomorrow and hopefully they have some encouragement and answers for you! And take heart, if you have shown a history of cycles jumping back into sync, I wouldn’t think you should expect anything different for this round!

ABC, I would assume AF as well. Excited to hear the results!
I’m over here on 8dpo chanting “I will not test until 12dpo. I will not test until 12dpo.” Haha.
Chart is looking good, temps are nice and elevated. But the only symptom I could even contribute to anything would be exhaustion.

Worked nowWohooo! Looks pretty much like my tests and I am 15 dpo already! Huge congrats! [emoji322][emoji322][emoji322] I'm increasing my food intake slowly atm. Everything else would make me sick I think and I'm really scared of gaining weight too fast now after the diet. But it's soooo good not having to watch the limits for prot and fat anymore. Those were the toughest for me.

Hoping many many ladies will get a bfp also within the next days or weeks (Hannah, Noemi, emshe...) so that we can move to the December due date group together! 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

Are u still having coffee, i only started a few days before ovulation for the sway; i had my mc last time when i didnt lower or stop my caffiene intake so wanna really cut it out this time round.
Are u havin brekkie?
Yes i lost weight on past 2 mnths but had stopped losing now. Dont want sudden weight gain either as that will be stubborn to loose later!
All the best with ur preg and good luck everyone else
Hope to hear good news x

Yes although i was never too strict with my diet, had a few cheat days and deffo more in my tww cos was starving im glad i can put summat in mouth mid day without feelin too guilty!
Did u have any preg signs before ur positive test?

Thank you! [emoji4] I didn't have any symptoms until maybe two days ago. Now I feel a bit shaky, maybe my blood pressure is low? And tired and also a bit sick already. I had really bad nausea and vomitting with DS1 and 2. But I hope I will have three more weeks until the vomitting starts [emoji51] do you have any symptoms? Do you have older children btw to whose pregnancies you can compare everything?

I think I'll soon have to add breakfast cause the only thing that helps me a bit against the sickness is snacking constantly. I already limited coffein in the tww, but am still having a bit still. Only a matter of time until I will find it disgusting [emoji51] if you don't enjoy coffee I would deffo skip it. I try to keep exercising on a low level but I'm not sure if I have enough will power to continue after the major nausea kicks in...

I wish you all the best for your pregnancy as well!

Just wanted to day its sooo nice to have someone in the same boat so close together ☺️☺️
Im not feeling anything really only hot during the night (not common for me) which is why im thinkin is this a proper preg and will it last. Last miscarriage i didnt feel much at all throug the 10 weeks, mild nausea and tired - thats it.
My last miscarriage i had to literally always have something in my mouth cos of nausea constantly but not too wild.
I have 3 boys, eldest passwd away at 3 weeks old. 2nd is 4 this year and 3rd just turned 2. My fiest and second preg i had awful sickness. Could not eat or drink first 14-16 weeks. Middle preg was abit better but did have vomiting too.
Think im going to add something before my lunch cos my tummy is actually rumbling..
during the tww i felt hot, had a slight sore throat ( did with my boys too) this time boys were ill too so put it down to that. Woke up in mornin with tummy rumbling which doesnt happen normally and also one day my sense of smell was mega high!

How big ir ur desire for pink? Like would u be mega disappointed if its blue?

How many months were u trying?
Have u logged your sway?
Just looked at ur boys dates and so close to mines

9/14 and 3/16 !!!Yes it's really nice to share this together! [emoji2] have you checked your due date? Yours should be around Dec 12? Mine would be Dec 10.

How crazy that our boys are only one month apart! I'm so so sorry that you lost your eldest boy. How terrible that must have been, at three weeks only! May I ask if you knew before birth that something was wrong? My DS1 was diagnosed a severe vascular malformation at 3 months and had to have a surgical which took 11 hours, but he is fine today fortunately. The saying "main thing healthy" becomes a new meaning after such experiences I think.

So I would be happy with a girl, but if it's a healthy boy I will be really happy as well. I'm quite sure there will be some GD for some weeks though because this will deffo be our last child. So I would not be disappointed for this child being a boy but for never having a daughter. How about you?

This was our third month with attempts that really had chances for conception. Last month I had a chemical. I started LE diet last summer hoping DH would be ready for a third earlier so it really feels strange to eat normally again lol. I haven't told DH yet about this pregnancy and I'm quite scared about his reaction...[emoji51]

I don't dare to log my sway yet, what about you? I think I'll wait at least until a heartbeat is seen on ultrasound...

9/14 and 3/16 !!!

No not checked due date... i got positive opk on 20th March, il go by your date minus a few days lol!! My first boy and 3rd came at 36 weeks and 2nd one came bang on due date
Yes its still heart breaking, he’ll always be my number 1, my grief catches me unawares and hits me in sudden waves. Ive become better at controlling it infront of others but breaks my heart everyday. I didnt know anything was mjor wrong; the only thing detected at 7 months was dialated bowel which meant if he didnt pass stools he may need surgery for on his bowel. I read up about it and was common ish and pretty straight forward. He came 4.5 weeks early via ceec and taken away to NICU about 3 hours later. My care absolutely crap; i felt lost and no idea what to feel or do. I think having had csec i didnt feel anythin, on min baby was in tummy, the next i was all alone upstairs with baby down in NICU. The drs couldnt figure out what was wrong: got transferred to two different hospitals and when he finally passed the drs even talked about him coming home, albeit needing assistance in feeding etc. The death happened suddey even the drs didnt expect that. They gave him a life expectancy of about a yr not 2 days
However i thank the Lord for he is the best of planners and has taught me so so so much through my trials. I have been bless with two gorgeous boys who i will forever adore. ❤️
Sorry to put such a downer on the topic
Glad your lil one is doing well now, may he always stay healthy and well x
Yes ithink after such things in life no matter how badly i want daughters, a healthy son is just as special. I told my hubby this morning and didnt get a overly excited response hes quite happy with the 2 boys but only agreed to more cos he knows i badly want a girl, i do joke that we will keep trying until i get my girl (that doesnt go down too well lol) i do want 4 kids anyways if im blessed with the opportunity.
I logged a new post just with my bfp details, will you be finding out sex at 5 months?
When will u be telling Dh? Good luck im sure he’ll be over the moon.
I miscarried in dec, started again in Jan but started swaying ish from feb.. so not long at all. Even now especially in tww i was getting tired of only eating 2/3 meals a day, ive always been a snacker!!

Thanks hannah, i tested this morning at 445am 😃
If i ovulated on 22nd Marh it makes me 12dpo
I had to really talk myself out testing two times before as i kept getting negs previous months and then AF would come a few days later
Even this morning the line didnt appear straight away and i was kicking myself for not waitin!

I’m trying so hard to wait!!! I guess in reality it’s only 3 more days. Heartburn is kicking in today but I feel like that could just be symptom spotting. I got past positives around 9/10dpo but you are right, negatives would just tick me off unless it’s a true negative. SO excited for you!!

Hi abc, I'm so sorry for what you went through, I hope you'll hear good news from doctors and start ttc again soon.
Thanks for asking, abc and verena, I've been quiet lately, but still actively reading threads here. I actually got again very faint lines past few days, so I don't know what to expect, I really hope there is still a chance that it's not another chemical. I will know for sure in a day or two, af is due tomorrow.

That's really heart breaking what happened with your DS1, I'm so so sorry for you. I had c-sections too and I can imagine how helpless you must have felt, especially being a first time a first time mom. What a nightmare.

I would love to have four kids as well! But no way my hubby would agree, unless a miracle happens or something... I really don't know yet when and how to tell him. Hoping for a good moment but realistically there is no good moment [emoji51]

I'm thinking about getting a nipt test done at 10 weeks to find out gender. I ended up obsessing badly over nubs with DS1 and 2 and I don't feel like going through this again lol. Did you find out gender before birth with your older children?

Thank you ABC! I called my OB today to ask him when I should come in and he said tomorrow [emoji33] I don't think it's a good idea because I will only be 4 weeks and 2 days and with DS2 I had such an early ultrasound as well where nothing could be seen. That really made me worry a lot back then so actually I wanted to avoid such an early ultrasound... But as I know myself I won't tell him not to do the ultrasound either, because I'm too curious.. [emoji51]

Oh I can imagine that waiting for the results is really stressful. Will you take a break from ttc no matter what the results of all your tests will be? I think distracting yourself is the best thing you can do and one day you will know you're ready again [emoji173]️

Sunstars - Oooooh exciting!!!!! So many FX that those lines darken soon!!!!!

Verena - I can't imagine why they'd do an ultrasound at only 4 weeks!! Are you sure that's what they are going to do? Maybe they'll just do a blood test to check your HCG and progesterone? If they do an ultrasound try not to worry - I feel like I've always heard that 5 weeks is the earliest that they can start to see anything!! So it will not be a bad thing if they can't yet! If all our tests end up being fine we're thinking of starting again in late May/beginning of June... soooo long from now :( But if something comes up with these remaining tests then I don't know.

I’ll definitely keep y’all posted! We had a loose seat with our last and ended up with our 3rd boy. Our first was a girl so we would love to have another girl. When swaying became miscarriages became not getting pregnant, we decided to just drop the sway and go for pregnant. This month we tried the SMEP plan to the best of my knowledge without OPKs on a clomid cycle. We’ll see what happens!!

If hubby is still so careless with contraception after a third child, then a miracle might maybe really happen [emoji6] I left contraception to him, because it was him who wasn't ready for a third not me, and even last year when he really really didn't want to ttc yet, all he did for contraception was pulling out (sorry tmi) [emoji85] so I hope it will be the same after number 3 [emoji6]

Maybe I'll tell DH today. I have my first appointment with my OB today and it would really feel like cheating if I didn't tell him afterwards. My only hope for him to be excited is that we will need a new car with three children and he reaaaally wants this too big and expensive mercedes van very badly. So maybe I'll tell him that he will get his van [emoji85]

May I ask you, if you were secretly hoping for a girl with DS3, wasn't there a bit of disappointment at birth? I'd find a surprise baby really exciting but I'm too afraid that I wouldn't be happy 100% immediately after birth if I don't find out that it is a boy before birth, if it is another boy. I'm thinking about pretending infront of my family though that I don't find out gender. They are so curious and make so many comments about gender that I don't feel like sharing this with them. My cousins and me so far only have boys so already in my last pregnancy they were saying things like "you will get to know your daughter" before the first ultrasound and so on. Really annoying.

When will you have you have your first u/s? Where are you btw, did I read UK?

I can imagine those days until end of May will drag on and on... Maybe if you get reassuring results from your tests (and I'm sure you will) you will suddenly feel ready again a cycle earlier? Have you decided on swaying again?

I like that theory, men are usually laid back in contraception so heres hoping it continues. After my 3rd we also did pull out method but nothing happened!
Yeh i think it’d be nice to tell him after, can i ask why you have early appointments? Here in England we only get our booking appointment with midwife at 8-10 weeks, scan if all is well at 3 months. Only should u start spotting that they may book u for in an early scan at 8 weeks.
I remember my first ever preg that ended i miscarriage at 7/8 weeks, i had the blood loss on Sun but they wouldnt book me in for scan until thurs so i had to wait all those days, and although i knew it was a loss i secretly hope it would be ok. The wait was pathetic. Emotionally distressing.
Lol love the thinking of a bigger car, im sure that will make him happy!

I was deffo 100% hoping for a girl, both my and DH family sides all go girl boy girl boy and the fact i had already two boys was shocking. There was some disappointment but i have sooo much going on in my preg worries and then birth, that im so stressed about other things (DS2 had suspected menigitus so in hosp for 3 weeks whilst he had treatment. DS3 i started bleeding heavily at 36 weeks, when he was born he had kidney infection so in hosp for a week for treatment) i dont do thing by halves loll! When we came home i did look at him feel why aint u a girl but tbh it all went after a few weeks. It didnt even get me down in a deep way cos as i say ive had so much history and worries that im just thankful for the healthy bubs i get.
The way i see it if i was to find out i was having a boy durin preg it may just keep me dwelling on fact its not a girl and not enjoy my preg. Yes at birth if i was to hear boy id be a lil disappointment but then your babys in your arms and your so busy/exhausted anyways!

All my friends find out and they tell me to but im adamant on not! I have extra scans so have lots of opportunities to find out but so far ive been able to hold strong.
Alot of people i know find out but just say aint telling anyone, and i think thats fair, it should be your choice if you want to share or not.
Familes eyyy,,, ive been prodicted girls two times mainly cos of the crazy sickness and my sis had girls with her sickness. Didnt work for me though...
Comments can be annoyin just wish people didnt say anythin!

So I just took a dip at 10dpo. Praying that it’s an implantation dip but my hopes aren’t high. My resting pulse rate has been steadily declining so that’s usually a sign that af is on the way. In the back of my mind, I’m thinking of ways to try and talk my husband into one more try next month. It would most likely still give us a 2018 baby with my earlier births. Hahahaha. I’m gonna try it ALL!

Well hopefully there is a blip of something on the screen so you wont feel too worried - but it really is ok if there isn't!! Will you ask for betas? That would give you much better information at this point then the ultrasound.

I don't think we'll try earlier then end of May... For one, if we tried next cycle and got pregnant (and obviously, if it actually stuck), the due date would be only a few days off of DS1 which I don't really want. Plus I did start back on LE (though I'm struggling!) so I'd like a little more time on that, since I ate horribly those 4 weeks between finding out I was pregnant and the D&C. DH may have some work travel sometime in the next month and I just don't know if I'll feel "ready" yet. While I know it my head that there is probably a good chance that I can still have another baby (unless the chromosome results come back bad), I don't have any confidence right now that I wont just keep miscarrying. So, I think the time off right now is good, as much as it also sucks :) We'll see. Maybe I'll change my mind in the next 3 weeks and ask for Clomid for next cycle and then make a half-hearted attempt (immediate J&D or something), but I think it's probably better to just wait.

Thanks Mommy :) It's good to hear from you! I wish I could give you a hug as well! I am doing better than I was - my last PM to you I had hit a real low. :( I have good and bad days now (and good and bad parts of each day). I'm sleeping a lot and am always tired, and I can't tell if it's the emotional drain/depression/stress, or just my body being exhausted after a whole year of swaying and multiple miscarriages. I also cut out caffeine. So it's probably all of it combined. I'm just trying to get as much rest as I can right now (while also staying busy!)

Sooooo excited for your little miss to be born!!!! It's getting closer :)

Mummy hi!! I was just thinking about you yesterday and wondering how you were doing!! How are you doing? Have you had any luck with the doctors in terms of getting an appointment or some tests done?

You are welcome! I stepped away from here for a couple of weeks after our last pm. It’s normal for sure to have high and lows. So many hugs to you! I’m excited you are going to give it another go! I don’t blame you on the caffeine cut out whichever you think will help, and add whichever you think will help. I did. Are you going to do the aspirin?

Matter of fact, I drink mainly water and milk now. Focusing on trying to pass this glucose test on the 19th.

I’m excited for her too, just so tired, and a lot of back pain, but normal for third trimester.

You will have your rainbow baby soon momma! ❤️

Hugs to you as well mummy!

Thanks Mommy and abc. I'm ok thanks, not even been to gp yet, just burying my head in the sand and drinking too much wine at the moment! Think I've put on about 10 lbs [emoji33][emoji33]I'm thinking about just letting go for a bit and seeing what happens.. that doesn't sit well with my control freakiness though lol. Have you had all your tests /checks abc? Any results back yet? Did they follow your hcg back to zero?

So I just took a dip at 10dpo. Praying that it’s an implantation dip but my hopes aren’t high. My resting pulse rate has been steadily declining so that’s usually a sign that af is on the way. In the back of my mind, I’m thinking of ways to try and talk my husband into one more try next month. It would most likely still give us a 2018 baby with my earlier births. Hahahaha. I’m gonna try it ALL!

Not sure about the baby aspirin yet. The RE ran a bunch of tests for blood clotting disorders and said if they all came back normal that baby aspirin wouldn't help - and all the tests did come back normal. So I may ask her again and also ask my OBGYN because he thinks I should try it. I'm leaning towards using it though - feel like I need to try something. My OB says he's seen it help even in women who don't have blood clotting issues, but the RE says the data doesn't show that.

Ugh I hate those glucose tests!! I'm sorry the fatigue and back pain have kicked in - Only a few more months!!! :)

Mummy - I think where you are at right now is where I was at a couple of weeks ago. It has gotten better, slowly, for me, so I hope it does for you as well!!! I love my wine as well - and if it's what helps right now, do it! (I think that's basically what Pbn told me a few weeks ago LOL). It's good I think that you're taking some time to relax and just see what happens. Did you get any more advice from atomic as far as what to do if you do keep trying (for egg quality, fertility, etc.)? Will you try COQ10 or other supplements? I've started COQ10 again - only 200 mg, but hoping that helps. I've gotten the results for all the blood clotting stuff - she tested for like 8 different blood clotting disorders, mostly genetic. Those were all normal. We're still waiting for the karyotype/chromosome results... It's been almost 2.5 weeks since mine was done (1.5 since DH had his) and I'm really going crazy stressing about it - even though there is a low chance that that's the issue. And I have a uterus ultrasound on Monday to check for polyps/fibroids/scar tissue. So hopefully by sometime next week we'll have all the results and then the RE can tell us what she thinks (like, if everything's normal, then what?). My last HCG test was 25 and I didn't get it retested again but AF started in full force on Sunday. So I think things are getting back to normal, physically at least :) :)

Yes, that’s a tough call. Even if you decide to take it, it shouldn’t hurt anything. Would ask your ob their honest opinion of which he thinks you should do! I hated when everything came back normal from my tests after my miscarriages. I was just like well how do I fix it? I couldn’t fix it, I just put it all in the lord’s hands and he fixed it. As the tests were showing for me there was nothing to fix.
I hate it too just hoping to pass the 1hour test so I don’t even have to fool with the three hour test! Yes will be here soon!
Eek and then I’ll be cheering you on!

Basically had my dating scan yesterday and I’m 4 days further along than I thought and I just can’t figure out how?!

Girlswaylondon a dating scan is open to a few days leeway. It's such a small measurement to be taking that you could get it measured twice in two different positions or by two different technicians and be measuring days apart. I don't believe there's any doubt you oed when cd26. It's too clear of a sustained shift to be anything else [emoji4]

I told DH yesterday [emoji123] his only comment was: "Pregnant? Yet AGAIN???" LOL that was not what I expected but at least he didn't seem sad or worried. That was what I felt about his reaction last month.

Here in germany it's quite usual to get ultrasound at least every 4 weeks. Most docs start at 6 weeks but mine seems to like doing a lot of ultrasound. It can be nice later, but atm I don't see the point. Of course he didn't see anything yesterday and he wanted me to come back on friday. I negotiated it to monday and I really hope we can see something then. I know England is "famous" for its medical system[emoji51] I've studied in the UK for one semester and I had mumps there. That was no fun [emoji51] horrible to let you wait for days for an ultrasound when you were bleeding!!

Of course my OB didn't see anything. Except a cyst on my ovary measuring 2,5 cm of which he said that it was a follicle that didn't release an egg. So there was at least one other big follicle and now I'm really scared of multiples. But I think, my beta should be higher then. From my hpt's I can see that it is developping really similar to the pregnancies of DS1 and 2. My OB offered me to take beta and prog but I know that this would make me even more crazy than I already am [emoji85] This waiting for numbers... And in the end it doesn't mean anything because the important thing is what can be seen in ultrasound. I'll go back on monday at 5 weeks exactly and hope to see a sac then. With DS2 we saw the sac at that time...

I understand why you want to wait and it really sounds "reasonable"... But from your words I can also see that you are a bit torn on the other hand maybe to try next month again regardless of what is reasonable. The good thing is you don't have to decide now and in a month everything might hopefully look more positive to you again. Have you thought about asking for femara? I think it's said to be better for egg quality so maybe that would give you a bit more reassurance to try again when you are ready?

Verena - Hopefully on Monday they will see something!! I had two large follicles in my November cycle - I got pregnant (that was my 2nd m/c) but I don't think it was twins as my HCG was SUPER low. So I wouldn't worry too much about multiples yet!!

The docs haven't mentioned Femara. But I feel like my body is responding well to the Clomid, so we'll see. I don't know how many more cycles they'll let me do of Clomid though since I have done 3 already (although I've now had a break from it).

So I work up to an increase in all my patterns. Feeling a bit crampy and icky. So temp is on the rise again after a decline, as well as resting pulse rate. I took an .88 cheapie, and I swear I see something. Usually stark white for me at 10 min. But I really believe that I see something there. Of course it’s my only test in the house!!! Maybe just wishful thinking. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180405/ecab0e437a2bf42f1c7c603353ea8105.jpg

Glad things are getting back to normal abc, I like your idea of a 'half hearted' attempt, I think I may do similar. Although AF is rubbish it does feel a bit more normal and like there is hope again. Hope your test results come quickly and are good. I am just beginning to feel a bit more optimistic now. ( but diet has been awful, it's too hard to eat well when you feel so down!) Yes I'm trying to follow atomic's advice, I'm taking 300 mg of ubiquinol and I've switched from folic acid to folate. I could only get folate with b vitamins added though so not sure if it's ok.

Hello ladies can you tell me if this looks like a positive? I’m 4 days past the due date of my period and I have a 15 day lp normally. So I feel like it should be much darker if it were a real positive. 39219

Morning ladies. So my patience factor is not excellent. Haha. I took a FRER last night after a 4 hour no liquid hold and I definitely see a line. So now I’ll just do the cheapies! Haha https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180406/9644fcc62c9f862d2ed1637b41b24432.jpg

Verena agree that it may just be as dark as the test gets. Only bw will tell you if the pregnancy is viable but I don't think there's any cause for concern. If it will make you feel better though maybe consider it?

Thank you ladies! I have seen those tests go way darker with DS1 and 2, so all I can hope is that there are some strange effects with my urine being more diluted today than 3 days ago or something. Although it looked concentrated today.

I am so desperate, I would go for betas immediately if I could. But it's saturday and I could get it on monday in the earliest case. And on monday I'll have an appointment with my OB where we should see the sac via ultrasound. If we don't see it, I'll ask for betas for sure.

Parying4agirl have you tested again? I think the wisest thing would be to wait and test tomorrow with fmu so that you don't panick for nothing if you tested today with none-fmu and the line was lighter. FX for a very dark line for you! 🤞🏻 🤞🏻 🤞🏻

Verena - if it were me I'd ask for betas on Monday even if there is a sac because if they are doubling that might give you some extra reassurance. But if you feel that will stress you out more then maybe you shouldn't. FX crossed for Monday!!! So hoping they will see something!! Hannah and Praying4agirl - FX for you too!! Hopefully we see the lines continue to darken soon! Will either of you be able to get betas done?

Mummy it's a tough call but I think you gotta go with whatever your gut is telling you to do. I think that's good that you are on ubiquinol - that's the kind I'm using too. And I definitely think folate is better than folic acid especially for those of us who have had losses.

emshe are you still doing E4D? Are you still getting the flashing smiley? (you're doing dual OPKs yea?) I think you are about a week past finishing Clomid, yea? O should be here soon for sure!!

I had a rough day again on Thursday - cried a ton throughout the day/night. It was like all the sudden all the emotions and sadness of everything hit me really hard again. I'm getting worried about how tired I am - DH thinks it's mostly my emotional state that is making me feel tired but I'm thinking it's part physical as well. Anyways, yesterday was better and today I'm ok, just tired. In happier news - my chromosome test came back normal. So now we're just waiting for DH's chromosome test results and my uterus ultrasound on Monday. Really nervous about the ultrasound. I think all these tests and the stress of waiting for results is really getting to me mentally too.

Has anyone heard from Star?

Hi abc, that's great news about your chromosome tests! Glad to hear you are feeling a bit better but I reckon it's completely normal for emotions to be up and down at times like these. And you will be tired- physically and emotionally, you've been through a lot! Tbh I'm still tired all the time now, I think it's a mixture of a bit of depression and my body still recovering.

ABC I’m so glad your chromosome testing was good, hope all goes well tomorrow. Be kind with yourself, it really is tough on you physically and emotionally let alone all the crazy hormones. Let yourself rest, easier said than done I’m hopeless at it but “stuff” can wait, try to take a break here and there for you.

Yeah still flashing smilies. Doing E4D & thinking if I get a fixed tomorrow morning with fmu I might bring bd forward to late pm tomorrow, instead of waiting til the am following day????

Thanks ladies - you all are so sweet. I think I would really be lost without this board and all of you right now!!!

Yea my chromosome results made me feel a bit better. Of course, with each test that comes back normal it makes me worry more about the remaining ones! We'll see - hopefully it will all be ok.

Emshe - on my last cycle (the one I got pregnant on), I had 5 days of flashing smileys and then the peak. So FX you get the solid tomorrow!!! That sounds like a pretty good plan to BD tomorrow night, since you were thinking of adding an attempt at +OPK anyways, yea? If you O on Tuesday (I think it's Sunday right now for you?) then you'd have O-1 and O-3 (or 1-O and 3-O? I never remember how it's supposed to be written!) attempts. And that O-3 was a morning attempt so I think that's pretty good and still pretty "pink friendly"! And definitely good odds of conception. If you wait until Tuesday morning and you O on Tuesday, that attempt may be too late and then you'd have to rely on the O-3 attempt. Eeek come on +OPK!!

Hi ladies! I don't know if many (or any) of you remember me. I was TTC back in December but had to delay due to outside issues. I just wanted to pop in and see if anyone has had syptoms and/or experienced anything like I am.

We DTD on the 26th (CD 7) I wasn't temping, charting, or testing, but based on cervical mucus was definitely ovulating or about to. I am now on 12 DPO. Starting on 8 DPO I had twinges, cramping, and pulling on my left side. Since then it's progressed to nausea and almost what feels like illness (which could be, I'm not ruling it out) but my nausea, fatigue, and general feeling of unwellness comes and goes.

I'm sure there really isn't a 100% answer until AF ( expected to start on Tuesday) but I just want to see if anyone has ever felt like this prior to getting a BFP or early on in a pregnancy?

Wishing you all BFPs this month!!

Eighme of course I remember you! Good to hear from you!!! With my last BFP (sadly ended in another m/c), I felt really hot all the time - almost feverish - and fatigued before getting my BFP. But my progesterone was really high - much higher than normal - so I'm sure that was the cause. Are you testing, and if so any squinters or anything? There wouldn't be enough HCG in your system yet to cause those symptoms so it's probably progesterone making you feel that way. But since progesterone goes way up after ovulation whether you are pregnant or not it would be hard to tell whether those symptoms are pregnancy-related until you either get a BFP or AF. But it sounds promising!! The pulling on your left side is interesting too. Please keep us updated and FX for you!!

PS I love your new picture - beautiful family!!

Thanks ABC! I think you are right. Even if we saw a sac tomorrow (what I really can't imagine right now) , I'd still worry that the sac maybe stopped developping two days ago or something. So I guess I'll really ask for betas. If I feel better the days after the appointment I can still decide not to go for a second beta. But if I get the beta tomorrow, I at least have a reference value if I decide to get a second beta some days later.

I'm sorry that you had a rough day again on thursday [emoji17] to me it sounds like a really healthy healing process what you are going through. You are not suppressing your feelings but really letting them out. It shows how strong you are and I'm sure you will wake up one day soon and feel that you can move forward [emoji173]️

After 3 losses had DD 2018 [emoji178]I will be 5 weeks exactly. If everything is fine, it should be possible to see a very small sac... That was what we saw at 5+0 with DS2. And yes he will do the u/s transvaginally. My OB makes u/s fairly often so I think he will ask me to come back at 6 weeks for the next u/s anyway and then I think I can also take the opportunity tomorrow... But I'll definitely ask for betas as well! https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180408/c8f2c50ec6a5394461813adc1c76cd03.jpg

Pbn I’m concerned if I get it tonight I will be too close for another attempt, and if tomorrow morning CD18 yesterday’s CD16 BD will be too long before ovulation (Not sure when you think I ov after pos opk) to be plausible if you know what I mean
Have included a pic of last cycles chart on another app which I entered the lower temp I’d had listed in notes on ff

I BD yesterday CD16 6am
What would you do if positive tonight?

Pbn, I know, the temp this morning is confusing. I had a nearly positive opk yesterday, we did bd just in case. I did drink a pretty decent amount of wine last night though so maybe that's thrown my temp off? I've just done another opk and it's darker. So now don't know whether to bd again tonight [emoji85]

Sent from my iPhone using TapatalkMummy2boys if that's as close to pos on these opks that you usually get then yes I'd probably dtd again if you are happy not swaying attempt wise. If you do o tomorrow and dont bd tonight you still have a really good chance of conception from a 2-o attempt but another attempt tonight will give you an excellent chance (if you o tomorrow) Your other option is to do a version of smep and bd both tonight and tomorrow night giving you three attempts in a row around conception time? What is your gut saying? If deep down you want to keep the one attempt then I'd hold off and dtd again 72 hours after last bd. From memory you *can* experience two shifts?? Mummy2boys there's no saying if smep is more pink or blue unfortunately as there's no way to know when you'll o until after the fact... unfortunately for blue swayers they face the same issue, 3 attempts at pos opk but if they o day after pos opk then they potentially only have one attempt that counts depending on how quickly their surge happens... honestly I've seen multiple attempts go both ways... I think once you get to where I *think* you are mentally and physically it's more about whether you'll conceive or not moreso than if you'll conceive pink or blue... my initial reaction is to say go!go!go for it!! Bd every night for even the next 3 days if you can. But it has to sit right with you [emoji173]

Sent from my SM-G930U using TapatalkGafan your urine concentration will definitely affect an opk IF you are drinking quite alot of fluids in the morning/day prior to doing your opk in the early afternoon. The recommendation is to limit fluids (I'd say sip only to wet the mouth, no gulping) for at least 2 hours prior to testing. Also hold you pee for that amount of time. If you find it too difficult to hold and/or restrict fluids then I'd strongly recommend using the Clearblue dual hormone digital opks that use fmu [emoji4]

What cd are you on now? I'd recommend start opk testing cd10 and dtd as soon as your opk looms close if not quite positive. Verena - Yea I think betas are a good idea. They don't always mean everything will be ok (didn't in my case last time) but they still can be really helpful at this stage. Glad you will be able to get another ultrasound at 6 weeks as well - by then things should definitely be clearer.

[emoji23][emoji23] I wish I could sleep in but early starts to the day is normal nowadays... maybe in a few years I'll learn to sleep in again [emoji16]

The cb simply may not have picked up enough difference in the surge this morning. There's a good chance if your dip test is positive that you would get a solid smiley if testing again, otherwise it should definately be positive in the AM

Thinking I should BD late late tonight?
What’s your thoughts. Would be about 6 hours shy of the 72hour gap of E4D

Urine was very strong, only held for 2 hours but had only had a long black & a decaf coffee, probably 250ml for the morning

Thanks! I hope so too.

Is that what you would do if me? Or leave it til morning?

i think its the strength thats thrown me, could that mean ov happens quicker? Concern is we could miss the opportunity of catching the egg and being left reliant on Saturdays 6am delivery, do you think thats a legit concern?

Well the earliest you'll o is tomorrow and an attempt tonight will have swimmers there ready and able. There's not *likely* to be a whole lot of swimmers alive from Saturdays AM attempt by tomorrow either. If you were to wait and attempt tomorrow morning and end up oing during the day then there's a chance the egg will come and go before the swimmers from an AM bd have a chance to capacitate so you'd be pretty much banking everything on some still being alive from previously. If you do attempt tonight and dont o until evening tomorrow/following day (Wednesday) then an attempt tonight will have you perfectly covered. I think you potentially have more to gain by attempting tonight and more to lose by waiting until tomorrow morning BUT you have to feel right about it and have no regrets. This is why doing opks when doing e4d can really mess with your head....[emoji24]

Congratulations, hannah and nonerz, and good luck eighme and other lovely ladies here!
As for me, for 9 days already I was desperately waiting for each morning to see the progression of my test line. I was getting excited with each day, took pictures several times to post, but on the photos the line was looking much lighter and discouraging, so I was waiting. Anyway, it's not getting any darker (it's lighter than control line), but I'm using cheapies, so I decided that's it. I do have symptoms, like being out of breath, swollen and aching breasts, feeling nauseous from time to time, etc.
I'm in search for doctors and hospital now, since I got disappointed in the previous ones.
As for my sway, well, it got much lighter in the past few months, I never counted anything, skipped breakfast, but still had mostly 3 meals, at first I lost more than 20 pounds, then put on a 5-6 pounds, had 2 cups of coffee without anything else the last 3-4 months (I never had coffee before), used a little bit of alcohol past two months, I BD cd7, cd9, cd11, cd13, cd15, since I was going to do e4d +1, but somehow I messed up both with opks and BDs, usually I had +opk on cd11-cd12. I got first faint line on cheapie on cd23. So I suppose (and hope) that the last two BDs doesn't count, so I kind of had two real attempts. It's been 7 months of ttc, 8 cycles+1 with DH out, one chemical, 5th cycle on Femara (I thought I didn't need it ;)).

I should be 5 weeks exactly today and my cheapie tests are quite dark but haven't been getting darker for the last couple of days either. My symptoms come and go. When will you get your first u/s? I'll have one today and am praying my OB sees anything in the right place. Good luck for you too! 🤞🏻[emoji4]

Sometimes the line is a bit darker, sometimes lighter. It doesn't really make sence. I really hope it's at the maximum darkness... I guess I'll know in an hour. Did you test again?

You guys are so lucky so find out out where u stand so early on in the journey. I just have to wait, wait and wait some more! All being well will hand in my midwife form next week (nearer to 6 weeks) then probably get a appointment to book in at 8-10 weeks, so wont know much for a long time!

Thank you so much ladies! I'm completely overwhelmed! We did not only see a sac, but also some "fetal structures", my OB said it's the yolk sac. That's by far more than we saw with DS1 and 2 at the same time. I'm so relieved, I can't believe what just happened! I'll throw my hpt's in the waste bin now! [emoji2]
