Yes that's what the data seems to indicate. But many people who have their PCOS under control by diet, exercise, herbs, or medicines can still have girls and so they have some confusion when it comes time to sway blue, because they think "oh I have girls because of PCOS" but the reality is much more complicated than that!

Hi Atomic,
When swaying pink with PCOS, is it ok to skip breakfast? Or is that bad for PCOS? Thank you🙏🏽Praying & Swaying for A Princess!!

Still skip breakfast. While older info on PCOS pushes breakfast as a way to keep blood sugar "stable" we are coming to realize that spending part of the day without food coming in improves insulin response overall which is beneficial for PCOS (and your sway)

Just read a cool study that appears to indicate cooling and then reheating pasta will change the nature of the pasta in such a way that it will have much less dramatic an effect on blood sugar levels. So if you've got PCOS and have been avoiding pasta (because honestly that whole grain pasta is YUK) try cooking it in advance, letting it cool overnight, and then reheating it for less negative effect on blood sugar levels.
Also, slightly green bananas are better for blood sugar than fully ripe ones.

Hey guys, I'm finding my way around the PCOS LE diet. I notice that I need sweet treat after dinner to keep me sane. What if I keep 200 kcal for that and stick to the healthy stuff? (I'll stay within the margins ofc)

Yes as long as you're keeping everything within limits, most people can tolerate a small amount of sugar.
